O its a import we'll have to look into it! got a call back !!!!! There 90euro......(tuat for a sec class).......... then they said EACH LOL As iv said earlyer www.PowerHouseRacing.com came up top guys when a rang looking for valve springs from Supertech, tho these will be helping be got near 8k rpm Picked up the rad differance to the OEM item! And the best till last, picked up this PLAZMAMAN inlet with a Plaz throttle body too, must say build qulity is 100% as u can see from the pics below. strip down !!!!!! Head going next week to Martin Tracy @ westward engineering when the rest of the parts arrive. Full Port flowbench, CNC cut valves, new supertech springs and retainers etc!! Block,Crank,Rods were dropped off earlyer in the week, rebore .5mm over size with forged pistons to match, Arp,-Mains, Rods, and head bolts, Also dropped off my new injectors to get flow tested !!!!! Cylinder 1 seams to have been suffering badly from DET Its only really when ya look at a good(ISH) cylinder ya can see how DET has caused it to eaten into piston number 1 and has left its marked !! -

Rb20 Well Spec'd With Rb3071?
irishGTSr32 replied to irishGTSr32's topic in Engines & Forced Induction
Thats the kinda power delivery i want looks nice n progressive!!!!!! -
Hello guys need some advice on what kinda performance i would get from a GT30 with the following spec: GT3071 with 56 trim compressor wheel and 84 trim turbine wheel. The turbine housing would be 0.82AR and the compressor housing will be 0.50AR T3 flange internal wastegate setup. This was advised to me by my turbo shop. Could someone give me an idea of what rpm i would be getting spool up and where abouts full boost ? i dont really want a lagy monster!! but i know i cant have my cake n eat it too!!!!!! my Engine spec is as follows Rb20DET Forged CP pistons Block decked, bored and honed Crank polish Arp~head, mains, rod bolts ACL Mains, big end N1 water pump OEM oil pump (oil resistor + drain) (not sure if i need?) Supertech hyd valve spring kit HKS adjustable pullys head lightly ported with CNC recut valves Plazmaman Inlet manifold theres more but there the important bits!!! Many thanks Chris!

Rb20det Timing Gear Removal
irishGTSr32 replied to regor's topic in R Series (R30, R31, R32, R33, R34)
I had the very same prob! last week!!!! mine had sezied onto the crank!!!! I didnt know what to do!!!! as u say there is no room for between the pully and the oil pump!!!! My bro who is an engineer for RR aero engines came home n was very supprised also!!!! tho he did come up with the idea of dremel'ing noch's into the oil pump casing so as to get a proper grip on it (I WOULDNT EVEN DREAM OF DOING THIS UNLESS U ARE 100% SURE + im rebuild the hole engine and getting some block work as id be worried about the fillings geting into places there not ment to be) then heated up the pully slowly while keeping the crank cool with water. then POP it came off!!!! I was so happy it did!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! -
Heyya doing all looking for pistons seams my engine shop cant get them off he's suppler anymore Looking for ACL pistons at the min but finding it hard!!!!!! looking at supertech but found a thread saying they snapped the oil squirters n thats not very good!!!!! any info ? need these asap .5mm over sized

irishGTSr32 replied to irishGTSr32's topic in Engines & Forced Induction
Well r32 NA are hard to come by over here tho ill look into it!!!! and i want to keep RB20 yes i know ! rb25 flow better and would be easyer to start from there! But this is about keeping it a RB20!!! plus then you have to pull it apart n start agian -1000euro And yes Rb25 box here for new build!!!! the rest of the car is done just need enine now! -
Heyya doing people!!!!!! Right my heart set on building a very fast R32 powered by a RB22!!!! Right first off lets start by saying this car will have to drive from Ireland to Germany to the RING !!!!!!! once or twice!!!and be used at weekends for fun n games! but truly is gone be a track car!!!!! My plan is to ! Rebuild my perfectly working RB20 cruently at 300BHP at fly! to something with a bit more power!!! would like 350+ at the wheels, im unsure of what turbo will get me there but its not all about the figures!!!!!! Im looking for something which will be track focused, good power , and plently of RPM rang so i can used the power on the track!!!! any ideas?????? Engine rebuild from the bottom up will consist of: Regrind crank. ACL big end bearings + (was going to go with rods too but tuner told me there good for 500?) Apr bolts forged Wössner pistons Rebore for 2.2L Cumbustion chamber enlarged for 2.2 bore! metal head gasket oil gallery orifice + leak off to sump N1 water and Oil pumps Considering using GTR valves(input please) abj pullies,Soild lifter, GTR cams, supertech double valve springs Plazmaman Inlet manifold Fueling wise im unsure of i have 444cc injectors + should uprate to external pumps or twin intank pumps? Guys any input will be helpfull! please help the IRISH guy!!!! Many thanks Chris
