how much did the genuine kit from nissan cost you my stagea has just ticked over 100000kms and i to need to pull my finger out and replace the belt

hey guys i am keen to meet some more stagea owners and to talk cars is the invite still open for one more stagea?

i need to know what a safe boost level is with a stock turbo, smic, aftermarket coilpacks, bosch 040 fuel pump, pod filter and 2 1/2 inch cat back exhaust

after a trip to trans shop and auto sparkys which was all goo the problem seemed to be that when they had it on the 2 post hoist apparently the LHR axle had fallen out of the diff i do find this hard to believe but have order the circlip and seal for the axle and booked it in to get the diff looked at

just got word back from the trans shop and its all good there now to the auto sparkys how do you reset the ECU?

all of the fuses looked good but i dont know if the relay was working

I have just taken my car to get some more work done to the exhaust droped the car off in good working order they did do some welding on the car with one of those spike preventers on the battery went to pick the car up and got told it would not go into gear i took it for a drive and got 100m up the street when a ABS light and 4WD light came on the dash the A/T light did come on for a bit but went out again we put the car on the hoist and had a look the transfer case was red hot like it had been slipping I think they have spiked the ATTESA computer causing a fault where there is no direct drive to any wheels? maybe it is in a auto workshop at the moment so fingers crossed its not to bad any advise on what could be wrong would be a great help

lots of money around the $2000 to $3000 mark your best bet is a R33 gtst upgrade i picked up a set of front callipers of ebay for $270 and all you need to do is tap the bolt hole to 14mm and buy some r33 discs which are bigger and you have a good cheap upgrade there are topics on this forum about the upgrade

when i was working in Pannawonica we had a big flood that locked us in for five days anyway the cops tryed to get throw a river crossing ad got there 100 series cruiser sweeped way and the insurance company just cleaned it out and gave it back to them

i do have a set of those yellow jacket coils fitted to the car but at about 5000rpm it has a bit of hesitation for about 500rpm then pulls really hard to the redline very odd i think

i would check the center bearing in the tail shaft and if that is good check the uni joints to see if they are worn or are not line up with each other

I brought NGK iridium tip plugs off ebay for about $14 each stupid me didnt put them at 0.8mm gap and left them at 1.1mm they are good but i do need to set them to 0.8mm due to a slight miss mid range

no good for me either mate will be away at work that week
