  1. Can anyone comment on re71r ? Will these tyres be a waste if used for street only? I think these are on par with the ad08r ?
  2. Rotors skimmed. .. about 1mm were skimmed off all 4...
  3. The only things i see stamped are these on my brand new pads...
  4. Btw Just to confirm... its hub bolts right? Will 50mm bolts be sufficient?
  5. Not a car part but yeah [emoji4] for those late night meets...
  6. Actually the calipers are being painted and rebuilt at the moment but the hubs are already installed in the car
  7. I thought u meant the stud of the caliper. Lol. Yeah i guess I'll look into it. .. thanks
  8. I'm doing all except the studs...
  9. Had these lying around might as well use them. Not even 1mm less on the used rotors... But yeah i did grab new pads as well as pitwork brake caliper rebuild kit for the calipers.
  10. Nah... that is from a half cut. I just pretty much store it outside the weather. I removed and transferred all the turbo parts. Thanks all for the advise. Appreciate it .
  11. Will it be easier if i send it to a workshop to skim it to remove rust? I don't mind saving some money to do it myself though but i need guidance... Reason i ask about skimming rotors is because a friend told me i should get it skimmed & balanced as well... do people even balance rotors? ?? I mean the last thing i need is driving and feeling a lot of vibration/ shake. ..
  12. Yup calipers will be painted and rebuilt. ..
  13. Hi all, Need advise. .. Long story short , do i need to skim my rotors that have been lying on the grass/dirt for more than a year? I've measured the thickness for both front and rear rotors and they have not thin out at all . Not even 1 mm obviously they're full of rust and dirt . I've removed the dirt but wondering if i should skim it to remove rust and also balance the rotors before fitting them? (Not even sure if people balance rotors or not) I've attached 1 pic to pretty much show how It was kept under the weather lol...
  14. And here i am getting to relocate mine to the rear. ..
  15. About 450 hp so 380 ish rwhp???
  16. Oh. .. btw i did use caliper cleaner as well and i thought that removes grease and wax. .. oh and lucky u don't need to prime. .. guess i should've bought vht as well... save me some coin
  17. I'm using a spray can paint though. ..
  18. Looks good. Did u prime it first? Looks like it's clear coated. I'm just going to prime then paint mine that's it
  19. Yeah i guess it was dirt/dust from the wind too when i went for a break lol .. because the floor had some evidence of dust when i swept it with my feet. .. i doubt it was hot as i wasnt under the sun though. .. ok guess it's not the paint!
  20. Looks like wrinkle paint though lol ... meh...
  21. No . Meant to be just black. Using duplicolor caliper spray paint... guess it's back to step 1 again. Sigh...
  22. Anyone know why im getting this result? Bad batch of paint or some mistake i made? I'm thinking it was dust as i was doing it outdoor? And the floor i was spraying on had " black dust" as per the pic. ..
