  1. So am I waiting for anyone on this trip? Lilydale, Yarra Glen, Yea, Seymore, Shep Or is it just Adz and me?
  2. Exactly. Use the first un-timed run on the morning sessions to familiarise yourself with the course, then next time round your can nail it.
  3. And 4 Wheel drifting! Finish gate just has raise arm once car is stopped inside the gate and then move the finish cone so the car can drive out of the box. Checkpoint's just need to radio back that the car went through the gates ok, or if they knocked over a cone and how many. Radio communication with the timer is essential.
  4. It is $50. We double checked with AASA. They are being slow to update their web page. We have told them their web page doesn't have the correct amount and their response was "Oh really!, we'll get onto that straight away." This was late last week.
  5. Event Schedule Event Schedule - Mirror
  6. Half an hour
  7. Just wait you impatient person.. I'm finishing it off now. These things take time. Mini wang should be fun.
  8. I accept nomination for VP I can't accept nomination for Pres, as I have a commitment to a basketball team and can't be present at every general meeting.
  9. Hey Tim, Welcome.. Were pretty relaxed on clothing and will leave this up to people to make their own decisions on what's suitable. The motorkhana rules don't specify ankle to wrist clothing as is the case with sprint days. As long as you have appropriate shoes and the helmet and non-flamable clothing you will be fine.
  10. Yeah I can't be arsed doing the event schedule. So you can just wait.
  11. Found this on Vic Roads web site - Click here But it doesn't say anything about power to weight, it just says things are going to change over next two years.
  12. Yep should be fine. Might put you on timing and starting for the long wang then. As long as you can handle 3-2-1-GO (hand drops) and the other one starts the stop watch.
  13. He wont. He can't
  14. The event schedule should be released tomorrow. Watch this space...

  19. 2nd Saff for events / social
  20. Also if you have written TBA on your entry form and you now know your licence number or can get you licence number, wheather it be CAMS or AASA, can you please PM me this number before Thursday night? This will make things run a little smoother at registration, and get you all out on the skidpan quicker. Ta, Chris.
  21. Something to note for DECA's from now on. As part of AASA's Public Liability Requirements SAU now has to provide a full list of all licence numbers from all entrants on the day. This should always be the case anyway, but if you fail to produce your licence on the day for us to record the number, then you will not be permitted to drive. If you are signing up for a licence on the day this is fine also, but please be prepared and bring a completed AASA or CAMS club racing licence application form and correct money. Thanks.
  22. They do attempt to make motor sport easy for club level guys. The Winton facilities have been up to scratch in the past for V8 rounds, and the surface is much better at Winton than Wakie. But both tracks and facilities are currently failry similar in many ways.
  23. For those that weren't aware the majority of us are no longer going up for this. However if you have paid it is still on and you can still attend. Stay tuned for another SAU road trip to wakefield soon! So much fun.
