  1. Head down Princess Hwy - Outbound (Away from the City) go over big Springvale Rd intersection. Look for a left hand slip turn to sandown raceway prior to the over pass (bridge), which you will driver over. (Sandown is on your right) Enter at the first gate. Usually always manned by security. Let them know you are here for WRX Club Sprints if asked. For everyone else - The old entrance near springvale train station is apparently going to be locked these days to minimise traffic in suburbian area.
  2. I have checked the Vic Roads web site and found no regulations in regards to spoilers/ GT wings. Which is curious because they cover almost everything else. No results when searching for "spoiler" or "wing" There is nothing specific to spoilers in the "Guide to modifying your vehicle" - Click Here Page 6 - Section 16 refers to protrusions. "A modification to a vehicle must not result in: Any object or fitting, protruding from any part of the vehicle in a manner likey to create the risk of bodily injury to any person." There is nothing in the "Drivers Field of View Requirements" - Click Here Nothing in "Common Questions" - Click Here Nothing in "Roadworthiness Requirements" - Click Here Trent can you possibly provide more information on your experiences and approval from who? Draw your own conclusions. Bottom line is if a cop thinks it's illegal he's going to give you a roady even if it IS perfectly legal. In my opinion GT Wings are more legal than any aftermarket bullbar on any 4x4 getting around.

I don't see that this one is that different from his and it has the end plates discussed and doesn't protrude the extremities of the vehicle. Draw your own conclusions. 4. In my backyard. I'm semi-handy with a spray gun..
  5. Weld a baffle into an old Cat so that only half the exhaust gas can pass. But if you have aftermarket ECU then EPA wont pass (if they find it), so de-tuning via ECU is probably not the answer.
  6. We rock. More on this later. 2nd Team Outright. Adam - 1st Co-Driver Outright. Me - 3rd Driver Outright.
  7. I tried to fit up R34 GTR rims to mine and it hit the coilover. (in the rear from memory) Is the series 2 pickups different or something? Can you send me a pic with R34 rims on?
  8. So when are we putting this in my car ben? Can we do similar mods to your RB26 builds to get even better low and mid range response? P.S Don't give this to snowy.

  13. I've taken it down to Phillip Island a few times. Probably late 2005 / early 2006.
  14. Item: GTR Adjustable aluminium twin blade spoiler Condition: Used Price: $250 To Fit: Suit R33 GTR and R33 GTST Location: Ferntree Gully, VIC Contact: Chris Comments: GTR adjustable aluminium twin blade spoiler attached to an original R33 skyline boot lid. Will suit R33GTST and R33GTR. Included is a GTR badge. Colour is Nissan QM1 white. Aluminium wing is painted in gloss black. This wing has been tested around Philip Island circuit and is stable and strong at speeds of 250km/h + Boot lid has two small scratches in the paint surface from sitting in the garage. I can touch up with QM1 white if buyer wishes. Can offer spray painting services to match your car’s paint code. Costs will be $120 for paint matching and materials plus $100 labour. Paint used will be 2K (2-pac) for best possible shine. Preferance is for pickup only. Or buyer arranges courier. Due to size Australia post will not post item, therefore courier will need to be arranged.
  15. Item: 3” Full GTR Exhaust System (HKS, 5Zigen, Jasma) Age: Unknown - Came with car from Japan Condition: Used Price: $350 To Fit: R33 GTR Location: Ferntree Gully, VIC Contact: Chris, (Scotsman) PM me here. Comments: 3” mild steel full GTR exhaust system Front pipes are KSP branded HKS copies. Twin 2.5” with flex pipe into 3”. Jasma muffler has 3” internal diameter, with a 5Zigen exhaust tip. The tip is 5” wide external with 4” internal size. The rest of the system is 3” piping. The hotdog in the centre section has a crack in it and the fibreglass deadening is showing through (about a 10c piece hole), but this doesn’t seem to be an obvious leak. I think it might only be a hole in the exterior surface. I didn’t even know it was there until I took the exhaust off. The system has road scratches on the underside low points, but is not dented in or squashed in anywhere that would reduce the size. Can use a standard catalytic converter or straight through pipe provided which has a bung in it for the exhaust temp sensor. Car was making a good 300+ kilowatts when installed. Exhaust is not droney. Exhaust is reasonably quiet compared with some GTR exhausts, but you still know it’s there. I had the system on an R33 GTR, but I don't see why it wouldn't fit a R32 or R34. Also the cat back system should fit R32 GTST and R33 GTST. Pickup only prefered. Otherwise buyer arranges courier. I can obtain a quote for shipping if buyer is genuine. But it will be through a courier or sent in multiple parcels. Shipping costs will be forwarded onto the buyer. Please contact me if a quote is required.
  16. WOW what a reply. Ferni for Pres 2009.
  17. Yeah I remebered that after I had posted. If team datsun is still going to be around for a little while I'm gonna put some time into the gemini and come and join you guys. I know if said it before, but it will happen one day. I know a certian yellow snow eating guy who might be keen to co-drive too.
  18. OK here are the results.... Click Here Well done to all. Stand outs for me are: Daz - Good times all day without one mistake. Ryan - Let someone else win RWD. Chris Stacey - Great results for a first time. Russell - Some great times
  19. Hanging around DECA threads a bit late at night aren't you Daz? Wouldn't be waiting for the results by any chance would you? Might just let you wait a little longer....... They are finished, but I need to confirm one result with Snowy in the morning and then I will post them up.
  20. This might explain a few things!
  21. Thanks to all volunteers. Was too tired to do the results last night will see if I can get them done tonight. I still blew over 0.05 up untill about 3:30pm yesterday. Not good.
