Spotted a white 33 just past lanyon shops towards banks. I was on the way to tuggers. Always seeing a few gun metal grey 33 parked and white 33 somehwere around there. Must find out who they are.

Today me and my mate dropped my gearbox. Because a while ago I was driving and at idle I was bout turn a corner and "CLUNK"! My clutch didnt raise back up and pedal stuck to the floor.. Upon inspection my clutch fork had disengaged and fallen off its springs. And it f**ked up my slave cylinder. Soo I bought new slave cylinder and an extreme heavy duty push clutch to replace the old rooted one while gearbox is out. 2 hours later we managed to get the gearbox back and about to bolt everthing back up. I noticed a weird bolt was snapped but where was its thread!. Turmed out to be the ball joint clutch pivot!! Which helps keep the fork in place. So we had to drop the gear box again and took a look. Low and behold it was. Hell the hell did it snap. No clue. Turns out when it snapped I was in gear turning a corner the force of the fork falling out broke my slave cylinder and caused my clutch to spin uncontrolably against my fly wheel. Now im waitimg for a new ball joint and taking my gearbox into phillip head services so they can drill out this stuck thread for $80...... Thats my day.. Sorry for the long story. But trust me that was the short version lol.

Does anyone in the canberra area know or have a spare clutch slave cylinder for an r33 series 1 gtst for sale or to give. Please let me know. Mine stuffed up.

ASAP timeframe to buy is between now and a fortnight from now. Does anyone here in ACT by chance have a 2 front outter tie rod ends and the 2 lower ball joints that i can buy off em? if so how much. cos here in fyshwick down at northwest they charging me $850 +labour and wheel alignment, and i know i can get the parts myself and put em on which is wayy cheaper. so if anyone can give me a hand. if you know anyone and have spares or what not. please pm me about a price and a pick up sale.

its not on the list, but are your front outter tie rod ends and lower ball joints still good? who much will u sell them for. pm me

Mitcho_7: i was thinking of buying the bosch. might as well. also it would be great to borrow your afm and injectors for a few weeks to test seeing as im only free during weekends to be able to put the injectors in. and no i have an after market hks sequencial bov.

hey guys. does anyone here have a spare 33 gtst fuel pump that i can buy of them? and how much?. or even to borrow? my car is so screwed.. i think my pump is about to go, i drive and it randomly starts choking as if im out of petrol and it even stalls on me while on the hwy!! and i have to kick start! going 100kms hour!! sometimes around corners! LOL. even when it is idolling it sounds like misfire and stalls and comes back on.. and i give it a few revs then its fine again.. i may need to buy some coil packs and maybe even injectors to be sure. if you have fuel pump, or coil packs or perhaps injectors you dont want, please be sure to pm me! asap if possible.

read the last 100 posts here and its the same people posting, quite a funny conversation haha. well i'll intro my self! you's can call me johnny, just moved from adelaide living around calwell area... so if you see a burgandy R33 with SA plates and an asian guy driving its most likely me oh and i have blue mesh on front covering my intercooler (i know blue and burgandy dnt mix just needed somethin to cover my intercooler from damage and i LOVE blue lol). and my car whistles changing gears.. hope to see you guys out there thow me a wave for i will probly be the first to do so even if i dnt get one back lol snobs!

Hey guys, Johnny here. sorry i know this has probly beenposted so many times, dnt really know how to navigate this site cos im harldly on it. is there anyone out there in the canberra area that can do good resprays? i just moved from Adelaide to Canberra and dnt know the area or shops, i own a 33 and my roof is badly sun damaged, and base paint is screwed and rust is slowlly setting in, im after a price and not a price like stupid shops quote for 10k :S im only after the roof done for the time being.. car is burgandy or wine red. just looking for a second hand job that is still good resonable price. and not crappy that will last a little bit till i can make enough money to get it done professionally. i can help sand it back and prep and even buy the materials needed like the paint, i just dnt have my own equipment or i would do it myself. just really need the roof done for a temp job but still good to look at :\ or any info on where i can go for good prices and work is appreciated. feel free to drop me an email at [email protected] or just simply reply to this thread
