Will all or part of the 2010 Bathurst 12 hour be televised?

Obviously $300 is not worth going to court over. Don't go back because chances are they don't have the capacity/skills to redeem themselves (I would not think that it is hard to plug in speakers after installing them) and its more likeley they will have the shits and probably do burnouts in your car or something vindictive. People here are recommending someone else so just take it to him and don't go JB again. You will be so much happier picking the car up with everything working from the guy that is being recommedned (Chris) rather than having to drive to JB for the next few weeks getting them to fix their own mistakes (as chanes are they will not get it right first, second or third attempt).

Any ideas what response would be like? I have a new set of 2860R-5's but given they are suited to make more power in the top end I am thinking of holding on these until I have an engine built. Or would these roller bearing -5 units be more responsive then rebuilt journal bearing stndard turbos?

Like someone else make sure it has intrusion bars ( iwouldn't have thought to check for that). Being over 15 years old they may not have required to do this?? (I could be wrong but previously cars over 15yo did not have as strict compliance requirements I think. I experience I had was I thought my AC just needing regassing but after I bought it I realised the compressor didn't even power up. So check that the A/C compressor works. Be concerned if it is missing g/box sump plug. Although given it has rust I would probably walk away from it. There are some excellent cars being sold on this forum for similar money.

I think unrestored cars with the time/battle scars a much nicer than restored examples. a bit of faded paint etc add to a classics charm in my book. I understand a lot of time and work/craftsmanship goes into restorations, however I just love to see cars in their original state as long as they are semi tidy. P.S JAV360 you have an AMC Javelin? That is so cool!! Isn't Jim Richards going to campaign one in the Biante series this year?

I dunno, I doubt the r32 will ever give you good return if your buying for investment there are just so many of them (although I could be wrong aka aussie muscle car scene). I own a aussie delivered r32 and have done a few things. Its the mods that keep me excited! Even if your looking at what is supposedly a stock R32 it possibly was modified and returned to stock (anyone's guess). I think it is nicer to have a matching numbers car than worry about it being stock or modified. My 2 cents

Hi everyone, I have recently had the trubo flange on my standard gtr manifolds ported/enlarged so they look pretty good with a gasket on top. But when I put the gasket over my trubo's flange you can see the turbo flange excess material over hanging the flange by around 1cm / 1/2 an inch. Should the turbo house manifold be ported as well or is the most common thing to do to just put them on as is? I am just worried about stuffing up the turbine housing.
