  1. candy apple red?
  2. I didnt think about the manual weight, most of the stuff that came up in google mentioned 1390kgs
  3. Most 4 stud rwd cars would have the 4x114.3, while fwd having the 4x100 pattern. these are the offsets that i think would work best with these sizes - 7.0x16 32 8.0x16 32 7.0X17 35 8.0x17 35
  4. GTR - 1530 kg Gts-t type M - 1390 Kg
  5. Barra 182 - XT, XR6, Futura, Fairmont, Fairmont Ghia 182kw @ 5000rpm 380Nm @ 3250rpm CR - 9.7:1 Barra 240T - XR6 TURBO 240kw @ 5250rpm 450Nm @ 2000 to 4500rpm CR - 8.7:1 Barra 220 - XT Sedan (optional), Fairmont (optional), Fairmont Ghia (optional) 220kw @ 4750rpm 470Nm @ 3250rpm CR - 9.7:1 Boss 260 - XR8 260kw @ 5250rpm 500Nm @ 4250rpm CR - 9.5:1 you beat me to it
  6. what about midnight purple from the r33 gtr?
  7. whats the point when you already have a turbo??
  8. so can the skyline gtr
  9. Im sure the gtst/gts4 share the same offset. The the stock rims are 16x6.5 +38 GTR = 16x8 +30 This is what offfset you would need for other sized rims - GTST/GTS4 7.0x16 31 205/55-16 8.0x16 38 225/50-16 7.5X17 25 215/45-17 8.0x17 35 235/40-17 GTR 9.0x17 20 225/40-17 9.0x18 18 255/35-18
  10. thats abit expensive isnt it? you could import a 95 - 97 gtr for that
  11. if you want more performance for you money go the gtr, its a fair bit quicker than the gt-t and awd is a bonus. I havent seen many r33 gtrs in bad condition, alot of them are in immaculate condition. TT supras are nice, plenty of potential but i think the back seats are a very tight fit. I cant really say much about the GT-T. If i were you i would be getting the GTR, after all its a gtr - Nissan's ultimate. but thats just me...
  12. Where would one get a copy of this nissan FAST software? As for the R32 gtr n1 - They different turbos on them ( metal wheels ), they had no air conditioning, no radio/cassete player, no abs. I think the headlights were different aswell. They have an oil cooler as standard. Air guide equipment for brakes. They had a didfferent water and oil pump. To find out if the block is really a genuine N1 block there should be 24U on the left hand side of the block, somewhere close to the left hand side engine mount. This page is about the letters on the plate in the engine bay. Plate Breakdown
  13. i got some nice download speeds of that link 600 - 750kb/s ill have to try that one day... the only thing close enough to that around my area is the nepean river but i dont think thats going to freeze anytime soon. what would ice be like compared to the skid pan?
  14. yea our r31 is around the 200,000km mark. Belts - The timing belt should be changed every 100,000kms but it will most likely last past 100,000 for a while depending on when you replaced the older one, but its best to replace it. Im getting all the belts on mine changed, the power steering one is starting to fray and i think the timing belt isnt much better. plugs - I would just buy the copper ones, they do just as good and they cost alot less but i think you get more kms out of the iridiums. It would be a good idea to change the petrol filter. Its probably blocked up with shit, it will make a fair difference after you change from a bad filter to a new one. Other things while your at it - Perhaps change the air filter and clean the throttle body. An oil + filter change if it needs one - some good quality mineral oil would be fine and its not to expensive. Thats most of the stuff thats been done on my r31, but i still need to change all the radiator and heater hoses as they are getting crunchy and the radiator needs flushing. Plus i think the thermostat has stuck closed as the temp needle gets to high very often.
  15. V-spec gts-t??? theres no such thing, i think you ment to say GTR v-spec. The V-spec diff and normal gtr diffs are slightly different. The v-spec diff is an A-lsd and has a hydrolic line that goes from the attesa pump into the side of the rear diff. Im sure the gtst already has a lsd from factory.
  16. Last night i spotted a dark coloured (probably black) r33. I saw it in the in the Megamart thing in Penrith at the Mulgoa Rd lights about to turn right towards the M4. It had a 400r front bar, fmic, white 5 spoke rims, i think it had side skirts but i couldnt really see, it was very quiet - might have had the stock exhaust. Plates - ALZ81Y
  17. my sister saw two skylines on the M4 today, a silver and a white one. The plates for the silver one is YXE806.
  18. my bad, toyota were still using the 7M gte until 1992 :bonk:
  19. you still whoring in here? yeah the 2jz gte is a supra engine, 1990 models and higher.
  20. Yea i think it had a series two wing Anyways shortly after that i saw a white r33 gtst pass by, had a series two wing but it had no front bar on it and i didnt see an aftermarket fmic so i think it was stock except for the exhaust.
  21. spotted a maroon r33 gtst on Jamison Rd, Penrith. Had the type M front bar, dark rims.
  22. Cleaning recharge kit for flat panel re-usable filters - Suitable for all brands of wet oil type reusable filter systems autobarn, supercheap, repco, auto1 should have these
  23. Apart from the badges on the sides and rear i cant see any difference between a 40th anniversary and a normal gts25t. 1997 40th anniversary 1997 40th anniversary You might be able to find one $8,000 - $9,000 cheaper if you import it. And the purple you mentioned is the same as the R33 GTR Midnight Purple.
  24. These people do those exhausts that I posted earlier. They are in SA though. www.exhausttechnology.com
  25. hey ive got some pics of these dual setups. Ill try and track down who does these.
