  4. I think the s1.5 had a similar front bar to the s1 except it looks like a more extended version. ( comes down lower than the s1) Series 1 front Series 1.5 front The series 1.5 also had the bigger spoiler of the series 2 instead of the smaller one. S1 spoiler S1.5 - S2
  5. What about this?? R34
  6. would you be getting a manual or would your buy and auto or tiptronic?
  7. Youve got a nice car Benm. Do you live around the Glenmore Park area?? I saw you once, you were going into Nepean Square but you parked in Penrith Pools. Do you have front seat covers with the skyline 'S' ?? I was going to put a piece of paper underneith your windscreen wiper but I saw you put the alarm on before you went into the shops so I left it. But I remembered you plates, ( couldnt really forget ) then I saw on the aus skyline pictures website your car.
  8. yea the power is low in the x trail. You could get yourself a nice r31 skyline GTS2 But what did u want in the car and what is your price range?? Power, Space, Economy?? The falcons are good cars, their engines can go millions of Kms " i think thats why theyre used as taxis.
  9. Well I like the Xtrail better than the forrester but i could live with the Liberty. If i were u id go the xtrail, it has a similar 4WD system as the GTR except it is a lower version of it. It is bigger than the forrester. The forrester is more powerful that the Xtrail obviosly because its turbo charged. It makes around 155KW and somewhere around 300NM of torque. The Xtrail's 16 valve 4 cylinder 2.5ltr DOHC makes more torque "245 NM" than an NA rb25 and makes 132 KWs which really isnt much less than the forrester. What would this thing be like turbo charged????. The xtrail TI comes with all the luxury & Safety features. Crash test result = 4 out of 5. The ABS system can apply and release the brakes up to 20 times per second. Leather is optional but " KIDS + Leather = Pain in the ass to keep clean." The Xtrail TI man goes for $35,990 and the auto is $37,990.I dont know how that compares to the forrester. Well my post was leaning to the xtrail alot but im a NISSAN fan so.. I found some links that might help : This one is a review of the Forrester, Xtrail , Honda CR-V and the Toyota Rav4 Cruiser. The Xtrail did very well. Its the article called " SWISH ALPS - DRIVE'S SOFT-ROADER COMPARISON" xtrail,forrester,rav4,cr-v I love the XTRAIL Skyline_Boy

  12. Around 348.5 HP at the wheels and i think around 388 hp at the fly wheel i could be wrong but i know youve got 348 at the wheels Skyline_Boy
  13. RWD : Weight distribution is more balanced than FWD. Braking performance is enhanced. Your tires will wear more evenly. Cornering is easyer and more responsive. Hard acceleration performance is better than a FWD. Cornering is better due to power and steering is aplied through separate axles instead of the one. There is no torque steer. FWD : traction is good during mild acceleration on wet/slippery surfaces. Lighter than a RWD. Better fuel economy. Most FWDs have a small engine. Interior room is enhanced because of no longitudinal driveshaft. Cheaper to afford If your still after that r34 ive left a link in the other r34 post. Hope i could help Skyline boy
  14. If your still interested in the r34 there some in sydney. Go to http://www.japaneseautocentre.com.au they have a few r34s,they are on parramatta rd in concord skyline_boy
