Flushed and filled the LSD on both my 33's a couple of days ago with Castrol SAF-XA 80w-140 Full Synthetic Limited Slip Rear Axle Oil. No complaints so far and was told it’s a good oil. I’ve heard that if you have the limited slip diff, you must put LSD oil in or it will not work correctly but you can put LSD oil in non LSDs.

I had the same issue with my tacho a while back. I tried replacing suspect components much like how this thread suggests with no success. Ended up tracking down another cluster for sale and I simply swapped my old tacho module out and replaced it with the good one from the new cluster. Fixed the problem straight away. A tip for anyone who plans to open their cluster and remove parts - ensure your hands are free from dirt and oil or you will leave marks on the faces of the dials.

I’m also sorry to hear that another Skyline has been stolen. Ill also keep an eye out for it. I like that piezo siren idea Andrew. I’ve considered installing a set in my car and your right they will make ones ears bleed in no time.

Had my 100,000 service done back in April with a Gates belt and I have no noise. My mechanic must have tensioned it correctly. Now just have to find out why my ECU is giving me a fluctuating timing figure on idle.

You were in front of me the entire time so you probably didn’t notice me. I was in the silver R33 behind you Spotted today a black R32 turning off Fullarton Rd onto Cross Rd around 12:30pm or so, don’t remember the exact time. Also on my way back down Fullarton Rd spotted a black R33 GTR around 2pm, again didn’t take note of the exact time.

Not much of a fan of iTunes myself. I would like it if the iPod/iTouch/iPhone etc. could simply be plugged in and music copied to it without iTunes and its DRM rubbish. Also want a user removable battery in such devices!

Parked next to a black R33 around midday behind the Mawson Lakes Hotel today. Also was following a white Stagea down Happy Valley Drive which turned onto Windebanks Road around 4:30pm. Short time later a white V35 drove past me on Alpine Road in Happy Valley.

His name is Vicknesh. I know his family moved away for a few years after he finished school back in 2007, however I believe they rented out the house so they could return at the start of this year.

Yep – A double degree of Computer Science and Management. This will be my third year of doing the trip to out there. Takes me about an hour from where I live to Mawson one way. Love the days back in first year when I started at 9am and finished an hour later, then the next class was at 3pm for a couple of hours, then a bit of a break starting again at 6pm till 9pm. Awful!

I’m at City West also as well as Mawson Lakes. Mawson is such a long way for me but at least it gives me a decent run in the 33 which makes the trip ok. Thankfully in second semester I’m only at City West and that’s good as I can just take a 20 minute train ride in. Stats essay – sounds fun. I’m sure I’ll have to do that at some stage (i.e. next year). I’ve been working over the past 4 days on a user interfaces design plan drawing small sketches of mobile phone screens and using Visio to draw overly complicated flow charts. Your right, the UniSA City West campus has far too many distractions for a uni student. (not that I am complaining!)

Yeah SAU is far more important than food I’ll eat in my next lecture.
