  1. I will just stick to united 85 for now. Amazing how the powerfc is so robust still with an e85 tune still. My car is still using the nismo intank fuel pump. Not far off from reaching the 400kw mark on basic mods. The id1000s are only maxing out between 73-78% duty. So definitely impressed it with. Go to Trent at Chequered for any sort of tune
  2. Incline dumbells requires your shoulders to be strong for getting them up on your own. Bloody pain in the arse when there isn't no one to spot you.

  4. Got my car finally tuned with E85 by Trent at Chequered Tuning. Did a really great job. Car is super responsive with 600 odd nm of torque (4k rpm) and 379rwkw. Looks like I've reached my limits with the N1's but I think I'm enjoying the insane down low - mid range power. It was mentioned that I could go a Vcam setup with some -5's but will enjoy the new fuel for a while

  7. I've stopped squatting for 3 weeks after straining my lower back when on the way up at 120kg (4-5th rep). Scary shit I must say. Probably because I'm quite tall and have shit flexibility. Guess it doesn't help that I'm still squatting below parallel. Gonna have to look at my form perhaps and start with lighter weights again
  8. I'm up at 65kg DB presses now from 60kg. Still need to push heavier for my weight and height. As what's mentioned above, always be cautious of the quality. Quality of dumbells I've used are preeminent
  9. I don't go by "feeling sore the next day theory" only because your body adapts eventually. Changing things up once every 4-6 weeks helps. I find once in a while to start smashing some drop sets and super sets whilst maintaining heavy weight really pushes your limits. I noticed that training your legs really hard makes you stronger overall. I've been hitting my legs twice a week for quite a while now and have improved dramatically.
  10. Just a quick recap, mine imported from japan 2 years ago I paid just under 85k. Was a grade 4.5 only because the k's were over the limit of a grade 5 but still were low. Mine was pretty much stock besides exhaust and mines rom. Insurance companies are definitely still offering awesome agreed values. SS8 gohan can vouch for that. Mine stands at 95k now with my new policy about a month ago. N1's are a six digit hit..well from what I've seen.
  11. If anyone wants 5 valor stacks on inferno act 2 onwards, add me NURSPC#6561. I've been using my barb now since I've invested a shit load of gold into him. At least now I can take on two elite mobs with rage timer without barely dying so no resets of hp for these elites. My dps is only 8k (need full team of dps) but mega tank (100k hp). All resistances with war cry on are at 1350-1450. Armour provides me with hugh % reduction too. More fun now watching all around me dying. I hardly repair now Haven't been on in a few weeks so it's time to have a bit of a play

  13. Are R35's depreciating faster than expected due to other things say...maintenance? Is your typical maintenance cost the same or just a tad higher than a R34 GTR (assuming stock cars)? I know for a fact that parts/aftermarket mods are much more than your predecessors. Or this is just a typical cycle when r34's were asking for an arm and a leg when first released?
  14. Having said that, I use my knees as much as I can to push them up just enough that my shoulders come into play and then bust out my set.
  15. Sometimes after work when I'm a little tired, I might have a very strong greek coffee before training just for that little kick.
  16. I'm one of those tards except I got it very cheap (25 bucks per tub). I will cycle it on and off and than go back to assault. Must avoid relying on DMAA.

  21. I'm taking ON protein. Called Hydrobuilder - chocolate flavour. Bit on the expensive side but I've always taken ON products. As I've mentioned in an earlier post, strong stimulants give you the bad "coming off" effect. Long term useage means your body adapts to it then you need to increase the dosage but at the same time you start to depend on it to the point where you hit a threshold. When I use my Pre, it doesn't have any DMAA so you don't feel jacked up then just crash. Nevetheless, still require on and off periods. Also the whole post workout insulin spike thing is true and does have good benefits but for your average joe blow then it doesn't matter. You still can yield some decent results. Someone like me who is type 1 Diab, can use any amout of insulin for it's anabolic effect providing that I ingest enough fast acting carbs when your body is most depleted. Insulin helps feed your muscle being a very powerful hormone but at the same time can make you fat.

  23. I would love to make the inferno staff of herding but there's no way I'm running around trying to farm the ingredients. At the moment I'm farming some tome of secrets to make some killer gems. Keep farming act 1 inferno or repeat any act on Hell for rapid gold generation.
  24. I enjoy taking assault as pre-workout. Don't have that crash effect when taking DMAA based supps. The tingling feeling is usually the high amounts of Beta alanine.
