  1. Looking for mint condition seats. I will settle for 1 R32 GTR seat but would love to get a set of R33 seats. Remember I am in the states so shipping would be involved.
  2. I don't see how it could...they stock and ship them to you unloaded.
  3. Anyone know a quality alarm that requires a key code to be entered upon ignition? Friend of mine had an old Clifford on his Type R that did this. It was great, if you didn't type in the code it would kill the car and remain on lock down until a secret code was input.
  4. Did you try the stock trim? My R32 had a stock one that was slightly smaller that I was able to make fit. Either way carefully shaving a little off the sides should be easy.
  5. Hello, Name is John and I live in Florida within the United States. I recently purchased a 1991 R32 GTR which was directly imported from Japan. The car has 120km, retro Recaro seat, nismo down pipe, bilstein struts with unknown springs, M's intake elbows, HKS boot controller, and Greddy turbo timer. All these mods came already on the car. Looking for quality information about these vehicles and the right way to get the most out of this great car.
  6. Nice thread. Getting ready to do this again. I travel for months at a time for work. My best action was for someone I trust to start the car about twice a month and drive it around the block. Always just a short distance letting the car warm up and cool down afterwards. Just gotta make sure the person doesn't like to race around in the thing. I guess it depends on what is wrong with your car. If you are able to drive it I would just go for a short ride every now and then.
  7. Yes...I was referring to 25K USD. Putting the car at a lower price than the 350z/370z. As for us never getting the Sr20, you act like its my fault. Yes I own a "240sx"....but I transplanted an SR so the difference between it and a 180sx or silvia are now virtually nothing. As for the following here in the states...I would say it is one of the most popular tuner cars in the US right now and has been for the past 10 years. Really I wish I had access to the cars you do but all I can do is work with what I have and at the moment try to work with an R32 for which I have NO replacement parts.
  8. Anyone know of any shops there that can cut a key from a genuine VIN number? I have a Jap VIN...
  9. If Nissan can make the car with around 250-300HP and make it under $25k then it will succeed. Otherwise no one will buy it even with the current following of the S-chassis.
  10. Hey man very interested. I cannot PM because my thread count is too low, only found this website a little while ago...Stinks too cause this site has everything you could possibly want to know about these cars. Please PM me your email address and we can work this out. Thanks
  11. Thanks for the info. Trying to get parts here is a pain. luckily a few guys in Canada are running around with skylines. I'll give them a try. Know any other shops there that can cut a new key from the VIN?
  12. Hello everyone. I am in need of a new lock set with keys for a 1991 R32 GTR. Door, Trunk, and Ignition. I live in the states and am not able to get the parts here. Do they still sell these replacement parts at nissan in AU? My keys have mysteriously gone missing and I suspect foul play so I want to get all the locks changed. Please let me know if anyone knows where I could get these parts. Thanks guys.
