well the smart thing to do is insure with parents untill the car is registered in your name when you have your Ps... i drive my parents cars on Ls yet the cars are insured in their names. when you drive on your Ls, the full licenced driver next to you is treated to be the one driving as they are in control, if you get a speeding fine, they pay it. i didn't even know it was possible to do what your talking about... and thats a lot of money to start an insurance history.

well at the moment the definition is an opinion... unless they put it in the dictionary, it's a word we all take differently. in my opinion it's stuff to make it look fast, as opposed to look good. with this def your neons are not "rice" they are just good looking things, although saying this will not stop anyone from calling them ricey. lowering your car isn't rice as it decreases body roll... on the track and on the road, and does actually improve the car around corners... looking sweet is healthy addition . the word is ****ing annoying as so much conversation goes on about what it is etc. http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?...p?term=rice&r=f
