  1. Shoot me a PM and let me know your requirements. I might be able to organise one for the V & Z crew in QLD..
  2. Hey clarence, when are you in Brisbane next? You did light painting on my V35 a few years ago during a boost cruising shoot...
  3. What are the rear width and offset?
  4. Weds wheels.... Welcome to the club!
  5. I assume you are referring to a sedan...and I assume you are referring to headlights not tail lights...if my assumptions are correct, then the answer is NO. S1 and S2 headlights are different. Edit, just re-read your title...tail lights, yes they are interchangeable...
  6. Correct me if i'm wrong but i'm pretty sure its just a case of snipping the wire to the buzzer....have seen this discussed before...Chris Rogers will know.
  7. in QLD approx cost for reconditioning those factory coupe wheels are around $200 per wheel. And yes you are right, majority of the cost is in the paint.
  8. don't suppose you have seen this which was only posted recently. Probably your best bet if you need it urgently. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/387262-v35-cvt-service/
  9. Here are some reputable pro detailers. Have a read of the forums as well to see their examples and feedback. Prices range from $300-$500+ depending whats required but you get what you pay for. http://www.detailparadise.com.au/modules.php?op=modload&name=Yellowpages&file=index&func=search&region=24
  10. ^^^ I think u chose the wrong profile for 17s....
  11. your tire guy sold you the wrong profiles for a V35. Try going over road humps and see if you scrape the bottom on stock suspension? 235/45/17 = 643mm Overall Diameter Factory OD for V35/350Z come with 225/45/18 & 245/45/18 which have an OD of approx 660 - 670mm. With 17s you should be running either a 50/55 profile tire to maintain the OD and also your speedo accuracy.
  12. Here hope this helps. There is also a youtube version, just do a search on g35 grounding kit install http://www.z-xtreme.com/installation.html
  13. Depends on what you class as performance upgrades... Performance Handling - suspension, sway bars and good tires Performance HP - exhaust, filter, ztube, spacer If u ask me for 1.5K between $/HP or $/increased handling I'd probably go for the handling.
  14. is the suspension orginally from a V35 or 350z? How many KMs travelled approx?
  15. Looking good Shiva! Time for another photoshoot
  16. Works out to be approx $800+ once you factor in customs, sea freight and broker fees and delivery to your door. And thats just for the front lip Costs Estimate Item Cost: 30,300¥ Japanese Domestic Freight: 4,000¥ Import Monster Commission: 6,060¥ Total Japan Costs: 40,360¥ Exchange Rate: $1AUD buys: 78¥ Import Duty: 1,515¥ Container Freight Cost: $125.00 Australian Domestic Freight: $77.00 Sub Total: $738.86 GST: $73.89 Total: $812.75
  17. What brand and how much you selling them for?
  18. Mate, stop smoking whatever it is you are on...first you say 4-5k is a joke and now you say its cheap. You are completely missing my point. Generally I do not care whether someone goes replica or genuine. Its their own money and circumstances like you said. but the fact you put someone down and called them a rip off for recommending a genuine kit was uncalled for. P/S if you read further up I was the one who originally recommended the OP to look at bodykit kingdom. PP/S I do not know matty or have any association with him just felt sorry he got bashed for trying to help someone out. PPP/S you have every right to recommend a cheaper option but calling someone a rip off based on your own opinion is uncalled for.
  19. My post/sarcasm was not directed at you if you read it again...
  20. LOL not having a go at replica kits in general just the fact he was calling ppl rip offs for selling a genuine kit at those prices....
  21. You've obviously never experienced or used a genuine kit straight out of Japan. The OP asked for a "WALD" kit and Matty quoted a genuine kit made to perfection designed to bolt straight on FROM Japan. $4-$5K is probably not unusual once you factor in shipping and customers duties etc.. Replica's however, I'm not gonna make any comments on...you choose what you want to put on your car. I guess you probably wear replica tag watches and call retail shops rip offs hey? Do you have replica VORK wheels on your car as well?
  22. At those prices did you check if they are grey/parallel imports? I purchased some Continentals from an Ebay tire store in Syd recently...pretty much half the usual RRP and later found out they were not DOT approved.
  23. For another $50 he'll change your oil too
