Hey Sam, If you received the front bar in that condition, personally I would be returning it and asking for a full refund! You didn't pay $$ for what looks like a defective product they tried repairing. If refund or return is out of the question, I would pay DMD a visit. Repair is most likely possible but will cost. If you can get rid of this bar, again pay DMD a visit and see if they have anything off the shelf that will suit you. Good luck, hope to see you out crusin soon
