  1. here it is http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...showtopic=21079 They are very similar in most jap imports...
  2. Answers as above...strictly my own opinion as I have done my own research before settling for a sedan version. Everyone else please feel free to comment. Do a search on "tiptronic" as well...don't be put off by the auto because with tiptronic its like almost having the best of both worlds. Good luck in your hunt!
  3. if you've got the coin to spare...get the east bear GTR lookalike kit for the GTT...need to get the bonnet to go with it too...
  4. I'm in for the sedan 34s!
  5. yes go 4 doors definately on a budget of low 20s you definately only find tiptronic versions...manuals will set you back another couple of grand. I got mine just over 6 months ago for 32k from a dealer but was prepared to pay extra coz it came with sunroof, factory kit, xenons, 99 model and had 30+ks on it only.
  6. to raise a skyline 40mm from standard height would just look stupid...sorry dude no offence..i'm sure everyone on here would agree....
  7. I believe the red one is the standard nissan aero kit front bar.... On the topic of badging...does any R34 owner have all gold badging on theirs?? "S" on bonnet, GT on the sides and gold skyline letters at the rear boot....reason i'm asking is mine came with this...was wondering if it was a factory option or someone went to a lot of trouble to plate everything gold!
  8. I assume your car is superlow...if thats the case then just get some standard height springs to replace. You haven't given us much info to go on dude.
  9. Yes very true...I haven't had any clearance issues with my lip as well but things may change if I decide to lower the car
  10. I suggest looking at the yahoo auctions for these parts and get slidewize imports to bring them in. Prices shouldn't be too bad if you're prepared to wait around 6-8 weeks for it and you have a higher chance of finding one in your factory colour to bolt straight on.
  11. There is no definate on this IMHO. It all depends on age, driver rating/history, insurer and obviously mods to the car...a lot of factors affect insurance premiums...from my experiences...premiums drop a lot when you hit 30 providing u had a clean driving history...full comp on my 99 GTT is $950 with justcars...
  12. I got the full factory kit too! Stock standard except for K&N Panel filter and Work LS105 18s. Next on the list would probably be lowering and exhaust.
  13. When you say they are coming in a container...I assume these are genuine kits and not cheap fibreglass copies??? If so then thats an awesome price! Will wait for the R34 kits to arrive.
  14. sounds cool...let me know when you're able to hook it up to a PSP
  15. i've got a 99 model gtt S1...compared it to a members car on here being a 98 gtt S1....exactly the same. S2 onwards is when u can see significant changes.
  16. got hit by the little one up the coast on the way back from noosa on tht same day...thank god it was only the tiny little ones.
  17. So no rear tyres but including front tires?? More specs would be good and better pics...thts a 34GTT right? Nice kit! Would you have a rough price to ship to Brissie 4113?

thts pretty F*&^ED up dude...don't mind me asking which area was this at? And are u sure u have 335/35/17 tires?????
  19. BAN BAN BAN!!!!! Just kidding Erin...will await the stickers patiently...by the way....if ur having problems with ur sticker maker I might have someone else that may be able to do it. Lemme know Cheers Jon
  20. most imports actually come with those flare holders...they're like a standard thing in Japan but wouldn't u know....its ILLEGAL to have them over here?!
  21. check out the business traders section. There are a couple of guys there that specifically bid/purchase for you on yahoo.jp namely slidewize and jdmimports.
  22. Erin, I submitted my form and payment to Dirk at the Jamboree but haven't received anything yet...could u chk it out for me thanks! J
  23. You'd have to do a bit of research dude...depending on whether its private sale or dealer...coupe or sedan...for a 1998 model GTT tiptronic I'd be looking at roughly 28k-low 30k.
  24. i reckon buy a bottle of octane booster or injector cleaner and once thats used up just fill it with acetone. That should be easily and safely stored in the car as those bottles have the protector twist top caps thingy....
  25. being an auto with 200ks on it, I'd wanna get it checked out thoroughly before forking out even 10k.
