  1. I don't think you are comparing apples with apples here. Pretty sure it'll be in a whole different league.
  2. I may have an original stock front bar for a coupe in black, whats Nissan want for one of those?
  3. Have you visited the V-series section yet? If not feel free to chk in there, most of your questions will be answered. With regards to the 350z VS V35 argument, you can make either one look better than the other any day of the week with some nice wheels and kit but practicality wise I'd go the V35 with the two extra seats for my kids. Auto vs manual is a personal preference, test drive both preferably a series 2 auto (aluminium center console and leather gear boot) to compare. The auto's on these things are not to be laughed at as the torque is pretty respectable.
  4. So what proof do you have that the oil has only been used for 3000k and not 30000k?
  5. During my last routine service at approx 56k my mechanic replaced all my belts due to cracking which at that time I was quite surprised but reading this thread makes me feel much better
  6. welcome Spenny...and congrats on the purchase... You're pretty much on the money in the looks department already, white is always a standout color and will pretty much match up with any type of wheel.
  7. Good choice...I have been looking for a set of these too but couldn't find them in the right staggered fitment. Definately VIP status and would look mad if your car was lowered a bit more. With regards to the clear coat peeling and gutter rash, take them to a wheel repairer and get the whole wheel repolished...would come out brand spanking new!

  9. What kind of ballpark figure are we talking about for the bootlid?

    Driving Laws

You only require a QLD licence if you are a permanent resident. Once you gain PR you have 3 months grace period to apply for a QLD licence otherwise you will be regarded as an unlicenced driver. You can drive on your international licence as an intl student. This is from my previous experience but the laws may have chged so just double chk.
  11. yoyo, you need to learn how to park?
  12. Bump! $1600 is pretty close to what I am chasing but not quite so try again.
  13. Bump! Need it gone! $3K take it as it is.
  14. PM Chris Rogers, he may have a couple lying around.

Well just in case you are serious click my sig and chk my topics.
  16. is the car white and has work wheels?
  17. Any more detailed pics? Gutter rash? Thx
  18. Actually you would want to do it the other way around. Lower it first with current wheels and body kit. Then from there you can see how much room you have to move with your new wheels and use an offset wheel calculator to work out what widths and offsets will suit. Before you do this u need to know what your current wheel widths and offsets are eg: 17x8 +35 What you have quoted above are tyre width and profiles and is an inaccurate way of measuring whether a wheel will fit your guards or not.
  19. Not at fault claims can only be lodged if you can identify the party at fault and provide details eg: licence number, rego etc... in this situation I am pretty sure excess will still apply but hopefully you retain your rating 1 for life as per your policy. Hope you get it sorted out!
  20. Paint code is on your build plate in your engine bay. The panel beater will know what to look for.
  21. Rebuilds can cost anwhere between $300 to $500. New is around $1k ex Japan. This was based on my 34 previously had the same problem.
  22. Nice work! Looks like your dad was doing all the work while you were taking photos I've got the same Stillen strut brace and same problem as you have (strut tower nuts on the battery side). I will wait until my next scheduled service and get my mechanic to fit it. The Stillen twin tips stick out a tad too much don't u think? Someones gonna trip over them one day or even worse get burnt lol.
  23. Get in contact with one of these guys or Dr Detail and see if they can fix it first. http://detailparadise.com.au/modules.php?o...ayreg&rg=15 Otherwise it will require a respray. GL!
