  1. Have a look on here and take your pick. http://www.g35parts.com/9083/osc/index.php...3983d758c587b17 Might want to snap up a few clear indicators while you're at it
  2. Did get a quote to repair a 350z anniversary wheel (shadow chrome) and from memory it was around the $200 mark due to the paint. Don't quote me on those prices but as they may have gone up a bit.
  3. Yes, plenty of wheels done there before. Mostly machining the gutter rash of the lips approx $80, no painting required. I did have one wheel repainted in factory nissan silver and rash machined off for just over $100. You drop the wheel off to him and it takes roughly a week or so depending on what needs to be done. If it needs to be repainted he sends its off elsewhere, but all machining gets done on site. If he has to remove the tires of the wheel that adds to the cost as well.
  4. Wheel Revolution (07) 3209 2833 U 2/ 14 Moss St Slacks Creek QLD 4127 Ask for Chris and tell him Jonathan with the V35 sent you. Best way for a quote is to drive to him and let him have a look first hand. And yes, price goes up due to the shadow chrome as they need to repaint the whole wheel but it should't be anymore than $200 per wheel depending on the seriousness of the rash. Chris has been in the business of wheel repairing for years and does good work.
  5. Your prices quoted above as shipped, yet under extra info you quote courier delivery at buyers expense? So which is it? $950 for the kfs delivered to Brisbane?
  6. Close, its the new infiniti EX. http://www.autoblog.com/2009/04/16/ex-phon...line-crossover/
  7. Like it? Yes or no give your reasons. Yes this is a repost from another section but there was a lot of hate in there so wondering if its any different in here. Personally I wouldn't mind one if the price was reasonable. http://www.autoblog.com/photos/nissan-skyline-crossover-jdm/
  8. Is the euroline se and ls406 still for sale? What specs are the ls406?
  9. I was in the last photoshoot organised by Boost and the photographer is definately recommended! Depending on time and place might bring the White V along for this one.
  10. 10k for those plates are a definate possibility if you come across the right person. There is someone in NSW I believe who was asking $400,000 for his plates DOT COM, it was in the news!
  11. Thanks. Still not a lot of people get it. I got the idea from G35driver where they call one of their sections G-Spot
  12. If I had a coupe I'd be jumping on these no questions asked! http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/Wo...Re-t263239.html
  13. None! no strobes used at all. Photos were taken in a pitch black warehouse using just one lightbox. I believe the method is called light painting It was the first time I've seen it being done with impressive results.
  14. Sorry if this is meant to be in the photography section but I thought it would have a more captive audience in here Photoshoot organised by Boostcruising a couple of weeks ago. Enjoy! Photographer details www.tangcla.com based in VIC.
  15. Spotted Vish (Vandit) "I think" on Padstow road..flashed me which I thought was a "speed camera ahead" warning...then I remembered...gold magna + black man = Vish! lol
  16. first things first. What tyre profile are you running currently. Most speedos read inaccurate because you are running the wrong tyre profile hence upsetting the factory overall diameter. Nothing much to do with aftermarket wheels. QLD laws state that your OD cannot vary by more than +- 15mm. Over or above this you will get significant inaccuracies with your speedo, either reading too fast or too slow. Here is a useful calculator you can use to determine if you are within factory specs. http://www.1010tires.com/tiresizecalculator.asp
  17. For what its worth, my R34 had the CEL problem as well previously and was diagnosed as having a faulty o2 sensor. This was replaced and problem solved. Might also explain your poor fuel consumption ie: o2 sensor faulty?
  18. check www.japanparts.com http://www.japanparts.com/db/partslist.php...=2&small=11 Plenty of kits from ING, Nismo, Ken Style etc.. Not cheap though. IMO if you had 4-5K to spend on a full kit + paint and fitting, you would be better off getting a nice set of Jap 19s first. The coupe lines already looks good from factory.
  19. Yes he does. I just rang Dr Detail. For Brisbane/Gold Coast customers ring Jayde - 0414 510 706. I will be booking an appointment soon
  20. Based on that recall list above, has anyone seen what this sticker looks like and where its located? How can you tell if the problem has already been checked and/or fixed on your vehicle? silver sticker on the right hand side of the vehicle type plate inside the engine compartment
  21. My V35 was trucked up from NSW to QLD cost was built into purchase price but on average I'd say around $300 - $500 depending on who you use. Car had 3 months NSW rego courtesy of car yard, so I drove it in QLD until it had about a week left, then went and got a safety certificate (most mechanics can do this, usual chk on tyres, leaks, rust etc...just roadworthy stuff) , took it to QLD transport and got new plates for it and that was it, easy.
  22. I've had super streets before on my 34 and they were very comfortable for street use. This compared to JICs which were bone shattering stiff.
  23. +1 the rev up motors only apply to the G35s in the US.
  24. so they quote you $650 to fix the problem but they don't know which component went wrong? The rocker cover gasket won't have anything to do with noise coming from your suspension. You might wanna take your car to a true suspension specialist. Sounds like your mechanic wants to replace parts by trial and error to try and eliminate your problem.
