  2. silver V35 coupe plates XXXLHL on Mains Road this afternoon.
  3. for a coupe = No very uncool for a sedan = perfect
  4. post a pic of what wheels u have. You need to be able to differentiate between chrome, anodised or polished lip. There are different types of cleaners depending on what u have. Eg: you don't want to use an abrasive cleaner that may strip clear coats off chrome or anodised lips. Generally car shampoo and water works best. Plenty of wheel cleaners out there, jst make sure they are clear coat safe. If it is a polished dish, then autosol should be fine.
  5. If you have the one I have which uses a remote, when in the TV menu, VTR mode needs to be selected. From memory this is one of the top right buttons on the screen. Sounds like your mates have switched u to TV mode and hence ur problem. happened to me a few times.

  7. russky, can you post what the sequence is as I have the dreaded disease on my bose too and its probably worth a try although I'm not holding my breath for it. Anyone else know the reset sequence please feel free to post. Its for the 01 bose in my 300gt Thanks.

  11. Series 2 shifters are a lot nicer looking than s1 plus they come with the aluminium surround and leather boot
  12. Nismo bar for 01-03 sedan! What's the rough cost for one of these copies?
  13. The CVT8 is not bad in itself, its just the unknown costs of repair and servicing that you have to risk in the event something bad happens. If you are planning to keep it only for a year or two, even more reason to stay away from them, as you will probably have a hard time re-selling it in two years time when the reputation of the CVT8s becomes common knowledge. Stick with the 5spd Auto or 6MT if you can find one and try and get your hands on a series 2 12/2004 and onwards. Taking a CVT8 to the track you are asking for trouble.
  14. Before you hand your hard earned cash over for a CVT-8, do a search on the forums. You have been warned.
  15. Factory coupe wheels are 18x8 +30 all four. Offset does not determine brake clearance. Disk type does. Most Jap wheels like Rays and Works specify lo, standard and hi disk wheels. Amen. You have a coupe, and are capable of running low offsets with 8.5 and 9.5 front and rear respectively around the vicinity of +22 all round. Fill ur guards to the max!
  16. yes its normal. No DVD = No Nav = No Screen.
  17. I have 4 levels of lighting on both my v35s. parker, yellow halogen driving light, xenon headlamps, then highbeam. Thats normal right?
  18. nice one reg! Are u gonna fit the bar before ur wheels? And yes..all GTT or GT factory front bars are interchangeable, sedan or coupe.
  19. Yup just give us a call. 1800 SKY WED. Our fees are very reasonable
  20. LOL thanks Reg
  21. Ok no worries ELF, lets just say yours is 70L and disregard the specs Nissan have published
  22. nah v36 all the way! Bet you I can buy a v36 cheaper than a 370z in 2 years time
  23. If they are these ones you are talking about, have little to no gutter rash and u are in Brisbane, I am quite keen to take them off u.
  24. Here you go. Translated for your benefit. Click on Coupe and you will see its the same 80L fuel tank capacity. I also have this info from the Hyper Rev Magazine which details full specs on V35 coupe and sedan. http://translate.google.com.au/translate?u...en&ie=UTF-8 My fuel light came on last week after doing about 450kms from a full tank. Went and filled up to full and managed around 60+L as well, meaning I would have had close to another 200kms / 20L before it went bone dry theoretically. I think the fuel warning light comes on pretty early to ensure ppl have ample time to get to the closest fuel station.
