  1. Sorry to hijack but here's an example of a Skyline wedding we did a while ago Make sure you get plenty of piccies...and congrats!
  2. Cool! Someone finally spots a V35 or know what one looks like Spotted a white 250gt sedan heading down the coast this afternoon. Also spotted a silver 350gt sedan at Sanctuary Cove on Sunday had racing stripes down the middle and plates were GT350.
  3. bump! Almost forgot I still had these Price is negotiable, so throw me some offers!
  4. sedans and coupes all year models are the same 80L tank capacity. The 20ks left on the metre is fairly inaccurate method of gauging whats actually left in your tank. It is just an indication if you are consistently running Xkm/L that is how many kms you will have left. the KM/L reading changes depending on how heavy footed you are. Next time, drive until the fuel warning car appears on your screen, then top up or empty your tank completely and refill
  5. Yes you are right, V35s have an 80L tank. I too have managed to clock 800kms on one full tank Brisbane to Newcastle. When I filled up the tank it had about 7L left. Topped up with just over 70L. Around town, mixture of highway and suburb driving I average around 600+ kms.
  6. Here...kiss my A$$! j/ks JDM version of G-SPOT. People blanking out plates on forums are overated I reckon. Plates whether personalised or non are displayed for public view no matter where you are, so what makes forums any different? The only time you need to be cautious is if you have specified in detail heaps on $$$ mods or when you are bragging about illegal mods or accomplishments. And yes cops frequenting forums is a well known fact. If you have a clean slate and nothing to hide, then I don't see any problems there. Post away Superspit!
  7. Actually, forgot to mention, although I don't have any complaints with the Sumis, my next set I will revert back to Falken FK452s simply because they look better (flatter side wall) and perform as well or better than the Sumis and are similarly priced and they are made in Japan too!
  8. Have done approx 10,000kms on them and have no complaints. They are still as quiet as before and wear on the thread is only marginal, still have plenty of thread left.
  9. I've got a 2001 Hv35 and it doesn't have NATS as confirmed by chris. So yours should be the same.
  10. nice work. Just out of curiosity, where did you get the 34 ARC sidemount from? Was hunting for a 2nd hand one back when I had my 34 but never had any luck. brand new they were more expensive that the front mounts!
  11. ^^^ agreed, the coupe V35 18s look much better than the Z Track wheels you are thinking of. Here is a list of specs for V and Z wheels. The "Track" wheels you are refering to I believe are called Touring 18" V.1. Mine are the called the Track 18" V.1 http://www.350z-tech.com/zwiki/350Z_OEM_Wheel_Specifications jonop2 - you shouldn't have much problems selling your coupe 35 wheels on this forum, they look good on sedans too.
  12. You sure they are 18s?? R34 gtt wheels are 17s. Got pics?
  13. Ah finally, I have been waiting for this car to appear on the forums. I have seen this cruising around and know the seller. Its the only Lakeshore Blue sedan I have seen in QLD apart from mine. Looks almost identical to mine except for the wheels, wing and grill. As far as I'm aware, the only thing aftermarket is the grill, wheels, and stereo. You've also got factory front cameras and also the OEM lip which are rare options. I suggest you lower it quick smart Welcome to the forums! Here's mine, don't forget to wave if you see me..
  14. Agreed they are very rare. I sold my last set and kinda regret it now. The track wheels are ok but every man and his S15/R33/R34 have used them and kinda takes away the uniqueness. If you want to be practical and have a set that is forged and still looks good, buy my 350z Rays wheels
  15. Involves sticking heAdlights in oven and splitting them open to install. There was a link somewhere.
  16. will this decrease the lowest point of the car by any chance?
  17. I think he is referring to the extra bumpy ride due to less tyre between the wheel and road. 19" wheels on a V35 should really be on 35 profile unless you are running a wider tyre on the rear like 275s to compensate overall diameter.
  18. Ok, if anyone has the flashing airbag light problem, I can verify the below method works to get rid of it courtesy of g35driver.com Quote: Turn the key to the on position and watch the airbag light. It should stay solid for 5-7 secs, and then turn off, and then start to flash. To reset the light, you must turn the key to on, watch the airbag light stay solid for 5-7 secs and as soon as the airbag light turns off, turn the key to the off position (you have to turn the key to off before the airbag light starts to flash, or you must start over). You need to repeat this 5 times. Try to start the car, and hopefully the light will be reset
  19. The problem fixed itself today. I can now move the seat backwards intermittently so I guess the switch is getting a bit clogged up. Will leave it for the moment. On the other hand, my airbag light kept on flashing today..anyone know the correct sequence to reset the airbag light? I've read somewhere its a combination of turning the key on and off a couple of times and also opening and shutting the door a couple of times...
  20. Thanks for the advice. zei20L can you tell me how you got to the switches? Does this involve removal of the whole seat itself or does it just pop out?
  21. Ok, My drivers seat on the 300gt won't move backwards anymore only move to the front. Posing a bit of a problem coz when the wife drives, she moves the seat to the front and when I hop into it, I can't move the seat backwards. Any manual overide? Thanks.
  22. The R35 has a larger rolling diameter compared to the previous skylines and hence still comes wrapped in 40 profile tyres from factory on the 20" rims.
  23. Enkeis aren't the best wheels to compare if you're after a quality jap wheel. I've had a dozen set of rays, work, ssrs you name it...never had a problem.
  24. can you confirm if these have made in japan stamped on the front of the rim? Thanks
