  1. +1, I just switch my clock off.
  2. I bought mine from Nagoya Imports...they have some very nice examples there. Alex is great to deal with...being in QLD, I actually bought mine from him based on feedback from the NSW section and also tons of pics that he sent me. I took a leap of faith and bought it without any inspection and got it sent up from NSW. Came with 3 yrs extended warranty, 1 yr roadside assist and 3 months rego...and to date, I still can not find another series 2 sedan at a better price with the options I got. Car was pretty much exactly as described and after being checked by my mech in QLD, it was given a clean bill of health. edit: I do not advise you to do what I did...if ur in NSW, best get it chked out by a professional
  3. ebay have them from time to time...else try wreckers or look for someone on here wrecking a skyline.
  4. bump...a lot of enquiries, still no one with cash! If you can find a similar set of SSRs cheaper let me know! Remember these are 8.5 and 9.5 with +35 offset all round, not your run of the mill 8 and 9 with high offsets.
  5. apples and oranges
  6. Skylines are not fuel economical cars period! Being a first car and an import, ur insurance will not be cheap. Yes R32s and 33s are cheap to buy, but be prepared with lots of spare cash for maintainence, repairs and servicing if you want it to be a reliable daily. Sorry if I bust your bubble but those are the facts.
  7. No they won't fit. Completely different.
  8. If you want to stay legal then look here: http://www.1010tires.com/TireSizeCalculator.asp If not then here: http://www.fatlace.com/hellaflush/ These guys will stretch anything on any wheel
  9. ok sorry to butt in but my batt went flat few days ago too on my 34 and I jump started it with my neighbours car..all good..took it for a long drive down the coast and back no problems...tonight went and started it and its gone again... Have stuck it on a charger and going to stick the batt back in tommorow.. Question: My new batt may have gone below 8V as per above when my alternator died a couple of mths ago...if I bring it back to claim warranty..is there anyway they can tell its been damaged?
  10. Before u do that you might wanna test fit the rears (9.5 +30) on ur front to make sure they clear ur calipers...most rears are low disk, hence the bigger dish...and probably won't clear ur front calipers...just a thought.
  11. Try Zac from Slidewize imports...he's a sponsor in the business traders section...bought stuff from him on yahoo before.
  12. front lip here... http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/V3...ne-t224113.html if u hunt around yahoo auctions a bit more you should be able to find a set of splash guards too... start searching here: http://www.slidewizeimports.com/
  13. Nice score on the wheels and front lip...also love the optional momo wheel!
  14. or you can buy my 350z rays wheels which have same width and offsets as the forged 19s except these are 18s
  15. Have a read of this, might give you a pretty good indication. http://g35driver.com/forums/showthread.php...;highlight=350z
  16. All the buttons actually still work but half the buttons only work when you have a NAV DVD in there.

  18. if it tells me how to pair a bluetooth phone to it I'll take one. btw, I've got the translated buttons
  19. Got them from a local tyre shop in Brissie. but shouldn't be too hard to find a set in Melb. You can also try the Falken FK452s...great tyre as well, running the 2nd set on my 34 and a lot of the USDM guys run it on their Gs...similar pricing.
  20. I'm running the new Sumitomo HTR-ZIII in 225/45 and 245/45 18s. Have had them for over a month now and they are great. quiet, grippy in wet and Made in Japan too. Good review here: http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tests/testDisplay.jsp?ttid=93 Set me back $1100 for the set.
  21. yup I've seen them...they are in SA though and that front lip looks a bit weird...whats with that middle bit there? I've been looking for the OEM ones for quite sometime...like below
  22. Hi guys, Found these on yahoo auctions and thought you guys might be interested...should end up being much cheaper than from Japanparts or US. I was lucky enough to find a used sedan one for 8000yen and have just bought this through Slidewize Imports! Should be here in around 21 days. Coupe: http://page15.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/t70107153 Sedan: http://page17.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/v58274805 Use google translate if you need to find out more info. Disclaimer: I do not own or sell these items so you be the judge to make sure they fit your car. Cheers! J
