  1. Hi Guys, Trying to pair bluetooth handset to my V35 via voice command and can't for the life of me figure it out. If anyone in Japan has a mate or workshop that has a V35 Series 2 premium pack, would be great if I could get some instructions on how to do this. More info in this thread here: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/Bl...ar-t220109.html Thx!
  2. Wow, I didn't know the car would be smart enough to warn you when the brake pads are running low??

  4. Thanks KArim! I will definately give those a go later. However, like any bluetooth device the phone is connected to, it needs to be paired to the device first before it will work. I am still missing the command for putting the V35 bluetooth in pairing mode so my phone can detect it. Any ideas? Have you managed to get bluetooth working on yours and how did you do it? Cheers, Jon
  5. Yes I have the phone button, voice command button and the volume and track buttons...and yea mine is a series 2.
  6. Ok..according to this website: http://translate.google.com.au/translate?u...en&ie=UTF-8 My car actually comes with Bluetooth & Voice command as a factory option. Searched G35driver on ways to pair the phone and according to their site, you need to press the button on the steering wheel with the pic of the man who looks like he's shouting and say "pair phone". Anyways, tried that and nothing happened...BUT found out tht the bluetooth is linked to the factory nav unit..so stuck the CD in waited or it to load and then pressed the steering wheel switch. This is what came up: A girls voice muttered something in Jap which I presume is saying something like " say a command" I tried "pair phone" and the girl muttered something which I gather is "incorrect command or not found" I tried "TV" and it brought me to the TV screen! - so my voice command works! I tried a few other words in english which actually brought me to different menus including the trip computer. Below are a few screens which you might find interesting: Built in GPS? Search location? Nearest gas station? Address: So to sum it up, I believe bluetooth is there somewhere I just need someone to tell me how to say PAIR PHONE in Japanese!
  7. arrghh! Its telling me I have voted and I haven't
  8. http://history.nissan.co.jp/01_sedan.html Look up the full specs of individual models here, premium and non premium. My 04 350GT 5MT-Ax is Premium, but leather is a factory option. So even though it doesn't have leather does not mean its not premium. Look up your year and model and see what you've got. http://translate.google.com.au/translate?u...en&ie=UTF-8
  9. Thanks, do you want to update the choices above before I vote? Interested to see as well how many B30s there are out there.
  10. I've got both...love em both! Was looking at selling the GTT after I got the V35 but have held off on that for now as I still can't bear to lose it. Powerwise, both have similar ratings...although the VQ35DE definately has a lot more torque (same powerplant as the 350z). Parts wise they share a lot of similarities with the Z (suspension, GB, Engine etc...) The R34 is more a sports car by definition...the V35 is a very comfy sports/luxo combination, which is directly competing with the likes of the Lexus IS, 3 series Beemers and C Class Mercs...for a fraction of the cost. If you can afford it, go test drive a 350GT and see for yourself (be warned, there may be no turning back after
  11. B30 - Lakeshore Blue! dammit!
  12. bump
  13. OOohh Chris! Sold ur car already?? Could you have a look behind the wheel to see what offsets they are?? Thx!
  14. Highly recommend brand new as well. I have a set of SS in my 34GTT and they ride great. Before you bite the bullet and get some no brand cheapie, make sure you determine what the spring rates are first. Mine are 5k fronts and 4k rears which are just slightly above factory. Anything above these spring rates and you will find they ride harsher than normal. The SS is a perfect combo for street and track use.
  15. Coupe and sedan bootlids are different..would be keen if yours was a sedan. FYI QM1 is the normal off white..QT1 is pearl.
  16. There's a 34 somewhere in there
  17. Very happy at the moment with the improved handling and looks! Yes, the brakes aren't the best looking things on the car, so while the wheels were off, I spray painted the calipers gloss black, so they wouldn't stick out like dogs balls.
  18. Sedan or coupe? Is yours White or pearl white?

  21. Wheels are on: 35th Anniversary 350z wheels 18x8 +30 225/45/18 18x8.5 +33 245/45/18 Tyres are Sumitomo HTR Z III No scrubbing or rolling of guards needed! Lowered on 05 350z suspension (approx 1" drop on all 4 corners)
  22. Should just create a "Dear Chris Rogers" section as a sub section of V-series Skylines
  23. +1 Its been brought up before with admin, not sure whats happening with it.
