  1. a lot of ppl spend that much on engine rebuilds and paint jobs....no reason why they can't pay the same for wheels such as the above.....almost makes me want to buy a 34GTR so I can get the wheels!
  2. midnight carwash at carlovers would be pretty cool..
  3. stop ur whinging alex Just fill half a bucket with car shampoo and water from home, bring ur own sponge, stick it in the back seat and make sure u drive like takumi and don't spill on the way to the car wash
  4. No point having shit hot wheels and having it sit like a 4wd. It needs to be lowered to gain the neccessary camber. Increasing the height will make it stick out further. Andru, what happened to those 75mm widebody kit u were gonna get???
  5. the main difference is between legal and illegal. Cops will defect you for it and insurance companies will void ur policy. the tyre shop gave you the right advice.
  6. I tried filling my bucket up with the pressure spray program and it just blew my bucket away! hahahahahah
  7. R34 coupe and sedan bootlids are different as well, so no go there...
  8. U will most likely need to lip or roll ur guards slightly to fit, plus run stretched rubber and some camber...sexy wheels but!
  9. no self serve car wash will let you fill ur buckets using town water. The freedom fuels car wash actually has cameras to catch you using buckets regardless. As Vince said, car lovers would be your best bet late at night, fill your bucket using a dollar with the rinse program..thats what I used to do...until I bought my rain water tank...now I wash my car every week at home
  10. spotted stock lookin r33 last nite around 10ish pm on logan road with razo sticker on the rear quater panel window...if u read this..thumbs up...u know what I mean
  11. If you can afford it, then yes...newer is better. That is not saying 32s and 33s are shit, its just that as they get on with age, repairs and maintainence costs will obviously be more.
  12. mines the premium rear speakers called the twin woofer system, comes with a built in amp...It was actually a factory option which I purchased off a wrecked 34...works a treat and looks stock!
  13. Spotted a sexy silver V35 coupe today parked next to me at the acacia ridge plaza. Had an AJM sticker on the rear windscreen and also sexy Grams Light 57f PRO!
  14. 100K service for my 34 came in around the 1k mark. Sourced my own parts to cut cost ie: Genuine Nissan Waterpump, gates belt, tensioner and idler bearings, seals. Labour was about the $500 mark which included replacing all fluids, filters, radiator flush etc..dropped my car in the morning and was completed same day in the afternoon. Things to note: Always pre-book your car in and make sure they know exactly what they have to do. Source your own parts to cut costs, workshops will always charge a margin if they buy the parts. Confirm how long it will take and also costs so you don't have any nasty surprises when you pick your car up. It shouldn't take 3 days for a 100k service.
  15. 20s look phat on a 350z!
  16. They definately won't fit without modding. If you have the $$ to spend then anything is possible, but I personally wouldn't bother...check out the differences below.
  17. can't wait to see Veilsides new kit for the GTR
  18. you're lookin for lightweight wheels in the wrong place... try here... http://www.wheelweights.net/
  19. don't be baffled...offset does not decide whether ur wheels clear calipers or not..its the disk type or spoke design...most jap wheels include these as part of their specs eg: A disk, Odisk or R disk.. I was in the exact same position as you few yrs back when I imported wheels from japan, thinking because I have +35 now and they fit, the new ones should fit too...wrong! I tried spacers but in the end sold them and got the correct spec'd wheels to fit.. I'd choose E...spacers are illegal and I don't like rolling guards..
  20. when u say mould for $300 are you refering to the bonnet lip mole thing that fills the gap between the standard GTT fronbar and the GTR bonnet?
  21. 18x8 +30 fronts; 18x9 +35 to +38 rears OR 18x8.5 +30; 18x9.5 +35 to +38 Above will fit without any guard mods..
  22. check out the trader section for kudos motorsports, he sells the 100k service kit for RB25DET which includes all idler and tensioner bearings, belts and also waterpump..
