I've heard positive things about Jez @ DVS Tuning but I dont know if he does basic mechanical work or not, or if its economically viable to have him do it. I'd suggest it is worth giving them a call to see what the options are or if they could recommend someone also.

Hi Nic, That one you're looking at fits both a 350z and NM35 AWD Stagea (as well as V35 Skyline). It's the very same one I had installed in my car a fortnight ago (literally that ebay seller, and that item). EPC Data for the PM35 350RX (2WD) has the same part (https://nissan.epcdata.ru/stagea/pm35/6844-vq35de/trans/400/40014/) and that's based off Nissans FAST data, I've never had an issue with part numbers from it. So I'm not sure what to tell you here other than that's the right part number, can you confirm you received the right part?

For what it's worth, I purchased some 2nd hand with the same intention. At first it solved my issue, but they too ended up sagging after not long also. I ended up getting mine re-gassed a couple of years ago now and haven't had any issues since.

You're going to want to look at aftermarket seats imho, I'm 195cm and fit fine in my Stagea which has a set of Recaro's however in others my head will basically touch the roof.

Yes, if I'd had a kit or anyone I know had a kit I'd have used it. Fixed ages ago, it was a pig to drive getting on to boost as it basically leaking air and over fuelling (as you can tell) at about 3-3.5k

Split in the silicone hose on the cold side of the FMIC, took ages to find.I think I replaced every other silicone hose before I got to that one, as well as coil packs, spark plugs, hose clamps etc. Heres what it was running like:

Is it blowing smoke at all? Mine had similar symptoms to what you're describing plus the smoke blowing.

Any chance you've got the little shroud that goes around the key barrel in the M35?

I have no idea what formula you used.. but I'm going out on a limb to say its incorrect. TE = T*R*1000/r I dont know the gear ratios, diff ratios, or rolling radius of Matts tyres so it'd all be a stab in the dark. Dyno sheets are just a tuning tool, I'm looking forward to it having a run at AIR and seeing what numbers it can put down!

I was able to drive mine with a blown AFM on all three occasions it happened to me, one trip I was about 100km from home and it got there. I don't know why some cars would be able to be driven whilst some others aren't. Just another M35 mystery.

Oh brilliant, so its really just a tiny expansion board that clips straight on to the EMU. Are you running one Matt, or are you content with a constant CEL?

What's the go with the daughter board? I haven't heard of that before! Costs? I picked up an EMU a few years ago, I found it again only recently - I really need to get around to getting it installed and finally tuned! Have you fitted one to anyone elses apart from yours? Would you like to?

My understanding that statutory write offs were typically for things like bent chassis or significant hail damage. I'd have thought yours, which looks to be all panel and glass damage (plus some minor water damage now) would be a RWO. In any event, if they do classify it as a Statutory Write Off I cant see any harm in applying to buy it back - they get to set the price for the wreck, so I don't know why they'd be wanting to rule it out as an option.

The dark theme for the 'Full' version looks so much nicer than the demo. Have you noticed whether the fuel consumption tracking it does is accurate? I never found the Informeter to be anywhere near the actual scenario for me. Did you bypass the rev limiter via HobDrive or the EMU? My Impul ECU already lifted my rev limit, Im happy with where it's been set but Im curious as to whether the speed limit could be removed via this also? (However, again, my impul already took care of that)
