  1. A heavily modified one is my guess also, all the curves line up (ie side of the fog lights, 1piece front bumper and grill, and the sticky out bits on the front bar above the fog light position). Would likely look pretty tough with a big FMIC behind it.. if it was in good condition.
  2. I'ds say no.. Its huge. Indicator bulb vs a T10. Additionally, changing the resistance on the circuit will make your blinkers go fast - ie if you some how used an LED instead you'd need a big resistor or something to get the pace right
  3. Front headlight indicator is a hefty one.. Markings on it are E4 2FH, WY21W 12V which looks a little like this: http://www.svetila.com/en/wy21w-12v-21w-7504-wx3x16d-original-line-6288.html
  4. Thats what came to mind for me too
  5. But will Craig now have more torques also?!?!
  6. He's never mentioned burning oil, it looks to be the same shape - wasnt sure exactly how new to the market it was when he got it The seats aren't anywhere near as comfy as the M35 ones imho though!
  7. My girlfriends old man has the wagon, perhaps a slightly older model though (had it for over a year) - nice car though! Ridiculously economical to run too, I couldn't believe the mileage he gets on the thing A definite possibility.
  8. So many lies in that ad it hurts me. More over, isnt Dannys this one http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/389382-had-an-accident-today-no-insurance/ ? The license plate starts with BE, it looks to have Brembo brakes and the exhaust has twin tips (Obviously different wheels). Id say its just a repeating ad they havent taken down.
  9. VQ35 Stagea should be fine, over here the regulations are And the high powered list doesnt mention the VQ Skylines
  10. Pretty sure the first couple of meets are still 1/8, but it does sound like it'll be upgraded/resurfaced to 1/4 in the very near future!
  11. If it seems to matter I just might get the missus to do my drag times in future! (first Adelaide will need a 1/4 mile track mind you!)
  12. Put me down for all 3 options please Ryan
  13. As a starting point for you.. http://auctions.search.yahoo.co.jp/search?ei=UTF-8&p=%E3%82%B9%E3%83%86%E3%83%BC%E3%82%B8%E3%82%A2+Pm35&oq=&n=100&auccat=0&slider=0&tab_ex=commerce&istatus=2 Thats a search link for 2nd hand parts on Yahoo Auctions Japan, with PM35 in the title and the japanese translation for "Stagea". Keep in mind that just because something isnt avaliable today, doesnt mean it wont be for sale in a week. If you find something you want to bid on through IM you can copy the title and paste it into IM's YAJ search bar
  14. The factory cruise control has a max speed setting of 100kM/h, the aftermarket kits do not.
  15. The link appears if you are registered, but you dont need to have any funds in the account. Alternatively you can just plug the details in to http://www.importmonster.com.au/estimate manually The 2nd one Andy posted would be approx $1500 delivered to Adelaide
  16. When you're not making pretty pictures, you can cram a LOT in to 1mb. Im actually surprised it is that big. Looking forward to hearing of your success with Uprev
  17. I dont think they're on here. That car has been off the road for a while. I think Angus Smart posted about it when it was up for sale last time. You might be thinking of the silver Axis that went through pickles 6 or so months ago, that was up on M35Stagea.info for discussion. Went for over 3k at auction iirc
  18. The headlight has completely fallen out, thats more than standard wear and tear! Theres definitely grounds for a claim there.
  19. Basically anything thats been declared write off (even if only for financial reasons) cant be re-registered in NSW, is that correct? SA still allows for financial write offs to be re-registered, but if it has any structural damage it'll never be road registerable. $6.5k? You can buy a whole new Stagea for somewhere around $12k these days! Very ambitious. Its definitely a bit of work requried to get it back on the road, and theres a signficiant lead time in sourcing the parts (all has to come via sea). Definitely not a small project or one for the uninformed. Plus axis front ends are a bit more scarse to come by 2nd hand, likewise with the guards. Only just slightly less than yours! Looks like it has an exhaust of some description, but no idea about the car other than that.
  20. I assume someones looking to buy this and repair it. http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/NISSAN-STAGEA-AR-X-2001-M35-WAGON-2-5L-TURBO-DAMAGE-R34-LIGHT-DAMAGE-REPAIR-/320826813759?pt=AU_Cars&hash=item4ab2c4ad3f#ht_968wt_1163 I recall that one going to Pickles some time ago, I guess it didnt sell or whoever bought it couldn't fix it for what the deemed an acceptable profit?
  21. Did either of you lads use the wire cut for a decent stall up before launch? What sort of mods have you done Damo? I wish we had a 1/4 mile
  22. Yep, we dont have anything like that. If the police pull you over they can send you to be inspected for suspicion of having modified the vehicle even if they know nothing. Read countless stories on SAU about guys having cops point out "Turbo timers" in their engine bays which are actually alarms, etc etc.
  23. http://www.superpro.com.au list the M35 Stagea with a reference "See V35 Skyline" - Im not sure if anyone has done the whole lot or not? I actually PM'd Daleo yesterday for some prices on Whiteline bushings front and rear, so I'll let you know how that goes.
  24. Given the obvious interest in the vehicle, Id say $17k would be undervaluing it. However at such a price it looks like you'd be ensured a fast sale. Hold on to it if you can mate, its obvious you've put a lot of work in to it!
  25. You're going to have to explain the lights on the dash!
