Pretty standard item mate, you can just take it into store and they can sell you one that has the same 'track' size; and then you just trim to fit. At least, thats what I did.

Just getting back to this; based on some searches I believe most are running LFR6AIX-11 plugs? Why did going to the 7 change that, isnt it colder? My self education process involving Wikipedia suggests that the temperature of a spark plug seems to come in to play at peak torque, so would it more so be a hindrance in chasing numbers rather than having 'real world impact'?
