GTS-Turkey

I have a slightly modified R32 Gts-T with kkr430 turbo, gtr injectors, gtr fuel pump, aftermarket blitz computer, z32 afm and the usual pod filter. It makes 302hp on 16 psi which isn't too bad, but I was wondering what mods I should consider next. Do adjustable cams make a big difference when tuned properly? Is it worth the time and money converting to an external wastegate? Any help appreciated.
