the vehicle was built as a promotional vehicle for his business..... the motor in it was built by Peter personally but actually came out of his old R32 race car he had back in NZ. Rather than build something new, he freshened it up back in 98 and put it in GRACER

not seriously, it has a stock box in it.... at the first drag wombat it ran an 11.9 so he was sent home due to the lack od ANDRA lisence... Peter doesnt care for driving fast in a straight line, he is more of a circuit racer than a drag racer.....

as per the above scanned image, its got twin TD06-20G's on it, the thing is a god damn animal and Peter aint scared of driving it anywhere It absolutely pissed down with rain yesterday afternoon and Peter didnt care one little bit :D

dude, do you really wanna sell the whole car or not? my mate is very interested in the entire car but you gotta make up your mind..... he has cash and is not about to stuff you about. If you say its for sale he will buy it as soon as you say yes.....

As for the legality of them. I have spoken to an engineer and even if they are the bolt on one's they are still illegal. If you have to have them i would get bolt on's as they are more secure but i don't like using them at all. Your better off waiting and finding the right offset for your car.

its a bit late for that i think.... isnt the front cover of todays paper plastered with a shot of the car from the SAU show'n'shine day???? they also have quotes from the mag in yesterdays paper so they have obtained magazine copies already....

exactly. and if the government has it there way its only going to make life harder for everyone, and i mean everyone..... suddenly we will have old people driving drunk cause their 19yo son on his "P" plates cant drive the family HSV home cause the street lights are on, there is to many passengers and the cars to powerful..... i dont think they have really thought of how many people it will be put out by placing curfew's and power restrictions on younger drivers..... I mean, my girlfriend drives a 200SX with an RB26 in it.... does it suddenly make her like the minority of bad under 25 drivers..... no it shouldnt..... she has the utmost respect for the car and totally understands how fast things can go wrong.. she saves it for the track but because of her age there is a chance that her ability to drive the car will be taken away and that sucks ass big time

as per the previous post.... leave it for another day and take your views elsewhere...... preferably a different forum actually as all you will find in here is alot of imports with BOV's.... have you tried the Street Commodore forum, they may be a little more sympathetic to your views.....

From what i have heard those turbos do not last long at all some only as long as a few hundred kms. these may not be the same but they look like it from price etc. Be very careful, you only get what you pay for.

that is ****ed up........ i know it aint nice but i wish "L" platers were shown things like this as a part of getting their lisence.... it might make people slow down and realise how quickly things can go wrong

sad to hear about the loss of life but i guess its the price you pay for driving like an idiot..... the sooner people realise there is a time and place for speed the better we will all be..... although there were inocent passengers i guess we wanna be thankful there wasnt another innocent car involved

sorry mate, no pics as the car didnt make the hoist..... i did nelgect to mention that the tail shaft will definitely need to be modded as the GTR has a CV joint assembly as the rear universal joint, not a cross yolk like the GTST....

Will see what i can do.... the car needs a service and will more than likely be on the hoist tomorrow
