love the idea - do it! but as suggested, just go the 4.2 and turbo it (look as the crazy desert patrols with massive turbos )

TRex you might also want to look at the ATS carbon twin plate http://www.nengun.com/ats/carbon-clutch that is what i run in mine. as for gearbox, I'd go a S3 R33 GTR box as suggested.

LOL - go to a different mechanic. if it doesn't misfire under boost or load, then it's unlikely there is an issue (especially if you haveen't noticed anytihng as the driver). too hard to diagnose anything like this over a keyboard... does it blow smoke out of the oil filler if you remove while idling?

I've got one sitting at home, think from memory it is in good condition (it's not brand new, but can't remember it being cracked or anything...) the brake ducts are seperate to the undertray. make me an offer.

sounds like packaging has broken open and enteres the silencer. just try to shake it all out, can't hurt the car.

plenty of decent power GTR's around running the stock sump. I'd think you don't need one for your application.

Are you after the 4 sections from the twin turbo pipe through to the plenum? I have a set and also a full hard pipe set from airfilters through to the turbo outlets. jap brands - Duke and Cusco. let me know what you are after. Cheers Dan

I have a custom made rego spec, 3 inch system off my R32 GTR sitting at home (only looked at this today). If anyone else needs a quiet system for a lend let me know.

Ryan, as others have mentioned, get a leak down test done. when you talk of blue smoke on acceleration, that to me means it is burning oil (as indicated above). if you are leaking oil from the return, your would have a puddle under the car...

spotted heading out of Qbn on the new kings hwy road 1. White R33 GTST series 2 and soon after 2. Gunmetal R32 GTR with Silver GT stripes both about 8:30am

spark and therefore coilpacks/ loom/ plugs would be my guess, but also check your AFM plug connections

could possiby be stolen and dumped? call the cops and give them the rego details, will soon tell you (even a rev's check). if that is the case, then I'd say it would go to auction...
