  1. Cheers man, yeh it's apparently a vspec 2.
  2. hi guys, could someone please check this for me: BNR32-311488 thanks in advance.
  3. Car is now $21,900. If it's not sold by October i will most likely keep it and continue with my plans for an RB26 since i already have an ecu.
  4. nah i've never put it on 1.
  5. Hey guys, this is one hell of a regretful sale but i guess all good things come to an end eventually. Up for sale is a p-plate legal 1999 r34 that I have loved and owned for over 3 years and spent way too much money on. The car has been taken to 2 events so far and won both for best over gt/gtst/gtt. The car was an auto now converted to manual using a R34 Turbo gearbox. The car has been modified to suit the liking of genuine GTR enthusiasts & has been modified in a way that would make it turbo ready as I had plans to put an rb26 in it, but my directions have changed & I would like to move into a awd system once I'm off my P's. I'm nearly off my P's now so this has to go now. Over the years i've owned the car these are most of the modifications that i have performed on the car from complete stock standard: Bodywork: - Genuine R34 GTR front bar - Genuine R34 GTR front gaurds (rolled) - Genuine R34 GTR bonnet - Genuine GTR V-spec front lip (my thread is here on SAU of how to perform a Gt-Gtr conversion) - Nissan Altia Rear bar and Side skirts, commonly mistaken for the nismo kit - Genuine R34 GTR Spoiler - Full respray in Factory GV1 pearl metallic black by Vu at DT Panels - Nismo Front + Side clear indicators Suspension and Driveline: - R34 GTR rims (18x9 all around) sitting on 245/40/18 Toyo's at the front + 275/35/18 Michellen's at the rears - R34 GTT brakes upgrade (4-piston front 2-piston rear) - Manual Conversion using a R34 GTT gearbox - Had a Brand New Exedy clutch (barely even a 1000k's old) - R33 GTR flywheel - Nismo steel braided clutch hose - Nismo solid shifter - BC BR Series Coilovers (not even a few hundred K's old) Interior: - $2500 JL Audio system (Kenwood DVD with GPS and Bluetooth compatibility, just need modules) 2 x JL Amps 6inch JL Front splits 6 inch JL Rear speakers JL sub - Genuine R34 GTR V-spec 2 pedals - Genuine R34 GTR Floor mats - Genuine Full set of R34 GTR V-spec 2 seats, Fronts and Rears (mine were removed from a v-spec 2 nur, some of the rarest seats you can find, black with white stitching as oppose to the standard Gtr seats which are grey) - Nismo titanium GT series gear knob Engine: - Custom Mandrel bent 2.5inch exhaust system (beautiful note) - DKNE HPC Extractors - Nismo Air filter - Splitfire coilpacks The car has approx 128,000 k's on it at the moment. The car is serviced regularly, once every 5000k's. Car had its 100k service done by my cousin who owns a reputable performance shop. We did the spark plugs, timing belts, rocker cover gaskets, fuel filter, water pump, intake cleaned, radiator flushed, etc. The car is basically 100% turbo ready, it would suit any genuine GTR enthusiast who like me is still on their P's. I am a very fussy owner so the car has been very well taken care of and I do not smoke. I have spent much more $$ on this car than my asking price, so please don't waste my time. I also have a some standard parts lying around that i might just give away to the buyer if the price is right. As per forum rules "If you are not genuinely interested then simply do not post". My main contact method would probably be phone or email as i don't really check the forums much lately due to uni. These are Mob: 0422 025 045 and Email: [email protected] but please don't sit there negotiating with me on the phone, if you are interested in the car, come have a look, other wise don't waste my time. RWC will be supplied, it currently has rego till september. I've attached a link to my car sales ad in case i might have missed something and for photos. If you need any more photo's just pm me or email etc. Photo's do not do this car justice though. My asking price on carsales is $22,900. But for a fellow skyline lover i'm sure i can do something about that knowing my car is probably going to go home to a proper enthusiast. http://www.carsales.com.au/private/details/nissan-skyline-1999-13994795?base=1216&vertical=Car&cr=1&eapi=2&__N=4294738948%201622%201246%201252%201247%201282%204294963846%204294963593%20903%201216&num=15&silo=Stock&sort=default
  6. Hey, to be honest i don't think it makes all that muh of a difference, but it might make putting that front bar a little bit easier because you might not have to make the brackets etc. As for the GTR reo, if you saw in my post you can just use the standard 1 and bend it in abit or yeh a gtr reo is fine. that looks like awesomesauce man glad i could help, i made this post because i was so sick and tired of people who have never done the conversion before talking shit about how to do it when they had no idea. sadly mine is for sale now but hopefully soon i can move up to a real GTR
  7. thanks for the awesome day out guys. thanks a lot to all the organizers, been a spectator for a while ever since the 2011 sau nats. I should really get into some of the monthly meets. Some fantastic cars out there
  8. probably pretty late but haven't jumped on forum for a while, my bad
  9. forgot to update. sold and gone. thanks for the interest
  10. email sent. thanks
  11. hmm why not? i know theres a crap load of shitty black rims but thats cause they havnt been painted properly. im thinking more along the lines of this considering my car is black. but its just a thought i guess.
  12. havn't checked forum in a while, bump new price $1650. not budging any lower. if they dont sell ill paint them black and keep them.
  13. my car after a wash and wax yet to go on a sau vic cruise Coilovers on there way, will update later
  14. definately fake. + i would need something that screws on, it's gona sit on mesh. i've seen 1 thats exactly the same as that, probably from the same guy which screws on but yeh deinfately fake. wash your car enough and the red will start to discolour. they all say high quality but even the 1 i have on know is peeling abit..
  15. yeh altia is plastic, got it on mine. and as far as i know and with some confirmation with EZY34 the nismo 1's are definately fibreglass, but like i said, it's nismo so it's not exactly cheapo fiberglass that cracks easy and leaves a really shit finish when painted. i think the gtr z-tune front bar is in some way fiberglass too (CRFP: caron fibre reinforced polymer)? some say the "polymer" refers to it being glass fibers.. is that wrong?
  16. nice to hear man. yeh not sure if sedans are any different. i've seen a fair few sedans with gtr fronts (web pics, not in reality) so i wouldn't have a clue if the latch has been modified. when u say sidemarkers, do you mean the indicators? cause i bought nismo 1's so yeh i think the standard gt indicators don't fit the gtr guards
  17. seen a thread on how to make those, looked all nice until it got to the part where he had to make some sort of silicon base or something, then i'm like damnit, don't know how to do that genuine? where can i get? lol if it wasn't fiberglass i would've gone for it. not a fan of fiberglass at all though, but this is nismo so i guess there's an exception.. looks nice
  18. << using it. only down side is how cold it gets in winter. but it's not a big deal. could always get the black urethane 1..
  19. Nismo solid shifter nismo steel braided clutch hose nismo Gt titanium gearknob nismo panel filter nismo front/side indicator's.. hate the look of the imitations only problem is how freaking cold the gearknob gets in winter had a nismo cluster too but dumbass auto elec dmgd it yes that front badge is cheapo ebay replica. Does Nismo make front badges? only negative thing i can say about nismo is the $1200 for rear tail-lights.. c'mon is it just me?
  20. Wow, thank you for your very considerate response Wardski.. it's good to see people can offer there 2cents without copping a mouthful of abuse. First of all, hankook's arn't a "family wagon" car mate, they're quite the expensive/excellent tyre. Secondly i did explain what a low tread wear meant so why are you telling me about tread wear? I also said "give hankook's a shot if you can find them in your car's size" did i not? i didn't say go get them, they're perfect for your car. I merely gave a suggestion of a tyre that i thought may be worth looking into. thanks anyways for being so nice though. http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires.jsp?tireModel=Ventus+R-S3&tireMake=Hankook
