ive had my r33 m spec for over a year now, when i first got it i could go days and days without seeing one the same, but in the short time between then and now importers have doubled there business and there are alot more on the road, but there are still **** all on the road compared to say a hsv or xr. if you ask the people who say something is common what they would buy it will either be a car that is out of their range or serious modifications to a car that will cost huge$$$$ and many hours. skylines will never be 'common'

With ***t rubber you can have throttle control but still loose grip in the wet on some sections of road - this is if your are driving your skyline like a skyline. i just spent $500 on 2 new performance tryes for the back and using the same throttle control i have not slipped once. due to the unpredictability of roads in wet you may have throttle control(you would kill yourself in a week if you didnt) but a big difference in not slipping in unpredictable situations is rubber

hey guys, i had a friend ask me a few questions about non turbo r33's and i had no idea. I was wondering what the main differences are between the turbo and non turbo inside and out. If anyone knows any good web sites it would be much appreciated. what would a non turbo cost these days and what is a gt4 regards

hey people i have a question, the other night i went for a spin and on a few occasions when i took the car up over 5-6000 rpm and changed gears i heard a little backfire, not a big bang but kind of a muffled thud, i noticed it didnt happen when i changed gears fast but when i took 1-2 seconds for the change. this was very disturbing, please help! what could it be regards john

i got a locally built turbo back 3 inch s/steel mandrel bend with a hi flow cat polished s/steel straight through muffler with tip all for 1300. great sound and performance. with noise i dont think you realy have to worry as the skyline engine pretty quiet anyway

thats not a good day. no matter what taxi man says make a police report (probably need one for insurance anyway), taxi drivers being taxi drivers will be sweet to your face but try rip you off as much as possible. ive seen them tell people not to make a report then run off to the police and report it as a hit and run to try get an advantage. what sux the most is legally it will probably be seen as your fault :cry: good luck

ive got r33 and have always run ultimate, is it worth putting in an octane booster as well or is that just too much. if i do put in a booster as well is the timing sweet how it is?

hi guys, ive got r33 and im getting a 3" turbo back exhaust put on soon, i was thinking about getting the hyper style where the muffler comes up on an angle at the back, but i havent seen any picks of skylines with that style. anyone know where i can see some or any other comments john

spoke to cams. if you want to be affiliated with them you have to go state by state because of their permits and insurance.

it sounds like everyone knows what is wanted in each state, sounds like it is time for each state to get a group together and realy get things going (this is probably already happening which makes me sound like a dick). anyway, to whoever it was in perth who said they were making inquiries at gov agencies etc just let me know if i can help with anything because this is something that shouldnt be left to die 8O .
