just a quick question ive lost the manual to my pioneer head unit how do u change the time on the thing, all i can remember is pressing the power n something else (im assuming the method is the same for all models???)
thanx in advance
i think its made in new zealand??? but the price of it went from about $50 to $65 as gatty said but now its supersyn or something but still 5-50W i dont know its just worked well for me.
where can you get motul 8100 in bris (i dont think super cheap auto has it, cant remember if autobarn has it though)??? is it that much better??? what sort of prices???
thanx
i ended up getting a universal one from autobarn for about 130 but needed a flange and 3" hose coz i was replacing a k&n so all in all cost bout 175
thanx for the help anywayz
yeh tried doing that first but there wasnt much plastic left for me to solder most of it was too brittle n had fallen off so i didnt have many choices....??? maybe that was just dodgy will have to see how long it actually lasts
Sr20 is the way to go.... FJ20 would be even better if you can get your hands on one,
RB25 is bad enough in silvias n 180s let alone a smaller car like an mx-5
Even a ca18det would be n idea with a ca20 block.
just some thoughts
they r not necessarily better however they r just as good in my opinion.
most hks or trust kits sold are usually just a cat-back system
but comparing 950 to 1400 id go for the no brand for sure
i dont know about sydney or the act but here in bris a full exhaust system costs about $1200 installed.
ie double dump, high flow cat and stainless muffler with 3" maundrel piping
ok maybe i was a bit hasty on that comment but i still think that the majority of the people here have had first hand experience with this, 180rwkw may be possible but i think it would be a one off thing, ie drive it around and it blows up on ya.
shawns da man charges pretty good prices too, hopefully jason learns his tricks
go to Dr Kustom, a friend got a new front bar, paint, buff, and blend in with the side doors and fix for about $700
300x250x50 sounds a litttle small however, its not always size that matters like rob77 said.
if you evertually want 220rwkw dont waste ure money to get piping made for it, not really cheap unless you r gonna go for mild steel which would rust and look ugly.
just get a full kit for about $1200 (600*300*76) or go to a performance or exhaust shop to make and fit one for about $1500, both should be good for about 400hp at wheels
