yes we are car enthusiats... shouldnt we be able to express our selves in regards to Driving and what and what doesnt effect us.... you post reminding us that the cops read this forum isnt a scare tactic to stop us (mainly myself) is it? the forum as ive been told by exec before has no affiliation with SAU (dont know how it cant)... the forum is a good spot to express concerns... its safe... behind my desk.... theres no way you would even listen to the second line of my concerns on the street... well maybe not you personally but a majority of police anyway ive had my rant for this week... but im back on monday

gdodzgtr i noticed a previous thread of yours suggests your a cop...... if thats the case explain the term "yourselves....." and the reason you used it with the description of hoon in realation to a comment made... stating were a target of hooning..... actually why am i a target of hooning.... or how do we make targets of ourselves by making simple comments regarding the Legislation.... seems to me you like the power trip of being able to make a target of anyone you like as i said in my first post.... thanks for proving my point. and as for my poor attitude... you dont know me... or 99.9% of the people on here... edit: Explain himself during my slow typing..... ignore

As for the badge..... there no good.. i had one and used it to grab .. gag... and hand cuff a girl to my bed..... didnt end nicely...... badges are bad luck..... she died of stalvation after 5 days. lol

lol. i wasnt trying to be the cop. i seriouly though someone was going to die... even when she came up to the T section at the end she was stoppenon a huge angle facing her car not far of 90 degrees to trafic direction towards the right... but at least she had the proper indicator on and turned left.....

im not a target... i go out of my way to do the right thing... you havent explained anythign accorfing to your post... i read it as the list of things that could be charged against you as a hoon... and i know i exagerated but the term inproper use of a motor viehcle can mean many things. liek i said.. i aint a target... are you implying that everyone with a comment is a hoon..... and the term you use "yourselves" comes accross as well....... ill let others decide. Are you a police officer...? comments about the amount of work involved should only be valid if you are.. nearly every police officer i know will do there best to impress supremes and move further with there career.... you do get "nice" cops... nice cops aint correctly doing there job... they should never let you off the hook... police descression comes down to personality.... there for once in court becomes invalid.... ... nice cops are champs....... and cops are...... well.... cops.....

hi everyone.... this is my rant... Last night after 9 ish i was coming home from picking the miss's up from work when we notice a car moving wierdly over the road up ahead heading towards the West Gate Bridge outbound.... as we got closer to the bridge we passed her from a far away as possible and she was swaying back and forward bairly holding her head up.... at first we though it was funny... stairing at her then our guts started to come up as the bridge got crouded......... cars were moving out of her way everwhere trying to avoid.. truck slaming on there breaks ect.. luckly no accidents..... strait after the bridge we would normally turn off at williamstown rd but decided to follow for a short distance and ring the police while we followed... accationally flashin hazzards... not that we needed to she was making it obvious she had no idea where she was...... my girlfriend was talking on the phone giving the details with regualr update on which road we were passing... we followed onto western ring road and continued to follow... pass the ballarat sunshine turn off all the way through still on the phone to police as they continued to ask for progress down the HWY.... she pulled over in the emergency lane and a ute that i had thought had been doing the same as we did pulled infront... so we stoped to see what was happening... he grabbed her and dragger her out of the car giving her a shake up.... telling her to follow closer were nearly home... this guy was full on covered in tats... ferrol as... she was a scraggy bush rat looking thing.... and she was staggering around barily missing passing trucks....:eek: anyway... they pulled away... mean time were still on the phone to police telling them whats happening... they asked us to keep following so it makes her easier to identify.... we had gone pass calder HWY turn off... remember we stated back before the westgate.... onto western ring and havent turn off..... the cop finally ask's for our details and phone number and rings us back.... he rings back and tell my fiance that his just waiting for officer the radio back and let him know his on his way...... he hangs up.. we keep following as instructed and get all the way out to woop woop (remember we only just moved to vic) at this turn off T section he rings back asking were we are... and that they get these phone calls all the time daily we just cant get officers out to the Hwy to pull them over..... and thanked us for giving the details of the car.... i fired up... we had driven for ever as instructed for that f**king answer.... i yelled out to him.... "IF IT WAS A f**kING HOON THAT HAD MADE IT THIS FAR YOU"D HAVE THE ARMY ON BOARD YOU f**kING TOSSER".... my misses back handed me and apollogised to him and hung up...... i know i shouldnt of said that but when you way up and quarter of tank to get there and back.... i was furious...... Sorry about any typo's.... still fired up.... /Rant over

what classifies inproper use of motor viehcle..... -- putting to much firewood in the boot..... -- steering whith one hand instead of 2..... -- not moving away from traffic lights fast enough to encourage flow of traffic..... this list could go on... they have made this so broad that it covers anyone and everyone.... officer says:- you spilled your drink in car..... im taking it off you. driver says:- Why it was only coke...... officer says:- you cant use your car like a Pub Bar or kitchen table..... im taking it under the hoon infringement of Improper use of motor vehicle....... so people be prepaird to take it in the ass from police if you have dont the wrong thing or not.

has anyone got the legislation on everything covered under hooning?

i nominate my self for driving under the trucks with a blindfold on.... oh and ill jump to the truck aswell..... i slip i can hang from one arm and huge speeds for hours so ill be fine
