I have a suspect 'Hitachi' unit, the readings where a mix of exactly what you recorded for your genuine Z32's and one which was more in line with the fake Z32's, abiet with a slightly larger margin of variation. My multimeter batteries were juuust hanging in there so I wouldn't bank on the readings though. I think I'll pass on it tho (until I have better information) and just wear the ridiculous price for a verified unit... (Or make the leap to MAP and modern ecu, as the plenum, cooler, piping is being changed anyway. Yet I still can't bring myself to pay the asking price for a Bosh Z32 hahaa.)

G'day, Can anyone read/write in Japanese? My car was built by a workshop in Japan when it was brand new then soon after, bought & imported as a personal import by an English teacher when he moved back from Japan. It came with a full breakdown of parts that were used and it was one of the best performing and sounding R33 street/sport cars I have ever seen. Over the years a range of mechanics have meddled with it when it needed maintenance and somehow usually gave it back to me with less performance than it had before. To the point I got sick of paying people to basically send me backwards and I took it off the road. I would like to see exactly what went into the car when it was built and give the whole thing a updated but true to nature freshen up. But the parts list and specs is in Japanese... Anyone here that could translate it for me, and would be willing to trade thier time for beer tokens? Cheers, IOI

I don’t mind eating my words at all when I am wrong. I wasn’t paying enough attention as I was thinking about the HKS Vcam and misread your comment. I realised immediately after submitting my response and spent next 3 minutes cursing myself out and looking for the delete button. Matching fromts are S2 R33 GTSt. Not a bad seat actually if you mainly driving on street and have passengers who are larger and/or don’t enjoy being in a sports/racing seat for no particular reason. (Such as the Missus...) Ive ever only owned my R33 so I have no idea about the R32/R34 particulars. But main thing is rails/seat mounts are compatible. My 02 R34 GTR replica seats were a bit different in the seat mounting and needed different rails (supplied) or adapters. Could have only been an issue because they are replicas but it showed how important it was... I wanted to retain factory rails and stuff but getting seat mounted properly with adapters was proving to be such a bastard that I ended up using the rails they came with. (Was nearly 10yrs ago so there probably far more options now but something to be aware of.)

Assuming you’ve checked the obvious stuff? Fuses, relays, earths, battery, connectors....

Was worth a shot, have been looking for a set of ssrs for ages now. Does any one know of any; ssr integral gt1s or Avs model 5s?? After 18*8 +32& 18*9/9.5 +38 (or there abouts with offsets) Any help would be greatly appreciated.
