yea, but shit can only be unlocked by gaining rep. so while you can have a shit load of money, if you dont do what everyone else does, you cant buy shit.

i did the last 3 ass missions last night, ended up with about 300 mill on frank, and 200 mill on the other two... doesnt tie into online tho. hae to make money and rep on there...... have to smash a big old heist on saturday....
