its not legal. you dont need a new exhaust. you need a new dump pipe and/or front pipe if its one piece.

dont ever stop being suspicious.... i bought a 94 gtst for 3.5k he wanted 5 but i talked him down. al because he thought the head gasket had gone. i knew it was just a blocked rad. 200 bucks for rad and have a perfect car....
