righto fellas find a fault on the gearbox tps short or faulty. now tps seems to be running fine voltage correct etc etc. however with the ignition on engine off, if you move the throttle a little there is an electronic buzzing coming from within the oil pan on the transmission. any ideas what it could be or has anyone fixed this before? beer for answers or fix if your local!

as it says boys looked through the lists of mechs and used search but found nada. can anyone recommend a RELIABLE AND TRUSTWORTHY (lol) mech on the morno peninsula? only need them for the big stuff i can t do. right now i need my timing belt, bearing, pulley and water changed. have the parts just don't fancy the labour!

could be a fuses? did you check all the fuses in the boot you can get too? i know you cant get to anymore than those but i dont know where the c lock fuses is!

ahhh ill measure this tonight. it was pretty bad a few weeks ago, as the negative on the bat was connected to a small plate in the boot. i detached it ran it thru the original grommet and attached it to the same earth point as the hicas braided earth lines under the car. it seemed to stabilize for a few days but now its dancing all over the place again. thin it could be the rectifier then.

i have an hks turbo timer which doubles as a voltage reader, only thing is when the car is running, the voltage can be anywhere from 12.2v to 14.7!!!!!!! screwed alternator or broken (racv) battery?

94 gtst r33, the drive light on the gear selection panel of the dash board, seems to have a mind of its own. sometimes its on, sometimes its off. the power light on the power/snow switch will some times come on with out the bottun being pressed soon as i turn the power swithch on then off again it turns off the light. these here be gremlins? or is the box trying to tell me something......its not driving any differently, i did have to top the oil up in the box after a radiator change, and not knowing what oil was in there i went for a shell model, now when the oil was low, i had no power steering and the power light flashed when i turned it on or off. all seems fine now except the drive light and power light issues?!

just wanted to see if i had any old plastic lying around the house!

hey boys picked up an m spec bar super cheap last night. couple of little cracks and scrapes on it, and a couple of broken holes on the top (mounting holes) im gonna have a go at plastic welding it my self (hey can only make it worse!) just wondering if any one knows what type of plastic it is? just so i can get my hands on some spare plastic to melt into it. thanks in advance!

hey fellas. noticed a couple of days ago that when the brakes where warm the car slows down and it feels like the brakes are grabbing. its like really slow really really slow abs. warped disk? or something more sinister!? have had new tires fitted recently so could this be an tracking issue? as always thanks people.
