    ive got signal on optus in the f**king bush. on a boat f**king miles from shore. one of australias islands in the middle of knowhere. lots and lots of places, and have never had a problem with signal. apart from scottys house. nothing nada zip. not even 3g.

    righto! if you have 12 coilpacks swap and change with them, find six that work. its a pain but always good to have em.... all good mate, do us a favour, WHEN you sort it, cos you will, pop back and give it an answer. nothing worse than googling a problem, reading a thread, then finding out the OP didnt say what it was!

    if it is doing it at about 4500 rpm my man, its your coil packs. very common problem as with age they deteriorate. find a spare set from some where and swap them out... now bare in mind they are series dependant. s2 33 coils wont work on s1. 33 gtr coils will work on s1 but not s2. should be plenty around, if not check out amayama.com for a full set of replacement oem ones.
