    my parents car is a 94 falcon converted to run on gas because of the long trips they make again there is only a 50km per tank difference at just over 1/3 the price of petrol anyways, $500 from my pocket, $2000 rebate, i dont care if i lose 20rwkw in the process because im still going to have a fast car and a fast car that will be cheaper to fill up than petrol

    There may be some flaws but if i pay 55c per litre for my 70litre tank and get 400kms opposed to $1.55 for 98ron to fill up 68 litres to get 450km - i can see a cost difference and hopefully my wallet will too... and on reliability there are a couple of 9/10/11 second VL turbos going around on gas carby setups... i think its alot of people saying what they think rather than what they know. (no offence sk, maybe you do know)

    Its getting the Gas research throttle body - so its a carby setup tuner said i should get between 300kms and 400kms to a tank og gas

    Hi All, Ive booked my rb30det in for a LPG conversion and the tuner said that he can tune my power fc with just advanced timing... question i want to know is what do i not need to now run the engine? do i need a AFM since its just spark as the LPG carby controls gas flow? do i need an Exhaust 02 sensor? (ecu doesnt need to increase/decrease timing as it will be manually set if possible?) thanks

    Hi All, have a rb25det and dont know where these hoses go - maybe a picture would help? first is a pipe about an inch in diameter which is on the back end of the intake plenum - where does that go? second is the small hose on the BOV where does that go? thanks

    my rb30det is going into a VL (only because i dont fit in a skyline - one of my favourite cars) so i would only need to pass emissions standards for a 1986-1988 turbo VL commodore... does anyone have any figures on what a rb30 and rb25 produces normally out of the factory?

    in NSW the emissions test is free... so hyperthetically speaking - having my rb30det emissions tested using a rb25det ecu with stock injectors and my current turbo (hiflow) boost limited to a lower psi should get within an acceptable range providing i switch injectors to stock and maybe put a brand new cat converter in place?

    Hi All, has anyone had there RB30det emissions tested with an exhaust and tuneable computer? How do u think it would go boosted down to 4psi with a rev limit of 3000 and a lean tune (but not dangerously lean) on a power fc? any ideas? thanks

    Hi all, first pic shows VL plug pink with black red wire which will get +12v from IGN Second pic - which wires do i need to give +12v too? Ignitor and Injectors i think? thanks

    it did direct bolt on, no modifications made for bolting it onto manifold...

    Im in sans souci, power fc, kkr 480 turbo 700cc injectors 044 pump.. km's on the dyno would be to reach a compression thats suitibile to tune it properly?

    Hi all, My engine builder wants me to get my new engine (rb25/30) run in on the dyno and tuned as well... where in south sydney is a reputable place where i can go? Auto sports engineering quoted me approx $800... are they any good? anyone in sydneys south - where do you go? thanks

    Hi all, im in urgent need of - Pick up tomorrow - a R33 or whatever will fit, maybe a r32 Camshaft bolt (hold cam wheel onto shaft) spring, and cover which all go onto the intake cam shaft.. HELP HELP HELP Thanks
