HAS ANYONE CUSTOMISED THE STOCK AIRBOX OR ADDED A LARGER SNORKEL AND NOTICED ANY RESULTS. KEEP IN MIND I WOULD HAVE A K&N PANEL FILTER ALSO? IM WRITIN IN CAPITALS COZ MY PHONE IS f**kED NOT COZ IM EXCITED HEHE

coilpacks......i had the same problem..took it to a few places coz they thought it was the ecu....in the end i needed coilpacks. ended up gettin splitfire ones, and works perfectly..not gauranteeing thats the problem but the symptoms sound very similar to a problem i had. take it to an autoelectrics place or sumthin like that

hey, a mate has bought a k&n POD FILTER that needs oil lubrication. from wat ive read on here so far (unfortunately most info is on turbo forums) the oil ones are trouble and its better to get a k&n FLAT PANEL filter instead and keep the original air box and snorkel. is this correct? or does it apply to rb25DET engines? also wats the best CAI intake u get for a rb25de? any help would be appreciated..cheers as u can tell its confusing me lol

ok..well he has bought a k&n pod filter but one that needs an oil lubricant. should he take this back and get a non oil pod filter and heat shield? OR is it a better choice to get a panel filter in his orignial air box? ive searched the forums all day for answers and its basically 50/50 coz theres alot of conflicting answers.. any help would be appreciated, plz keep in mind its a non turbs

Hey everyone my mate is after an exhaust for his non turbo series one r33. hes been told that a 2.25 inch system is ideal for his car. would that size be too restricting and cause performance loss, or on a non turbo application is it better to keep the exhaust piping larger like a 3inch.? cheers

thanks everyone yeh ive heard mixed feedback on the 3A Racing brand.. Gave my mate all the options and alternatives and hes decided on the high flow K&N filter got the adapter sorted also. thanks again this can be deleted now

hey everyone..my mate has asked me to get a pod filter and piping for his RB25DE (non turbs obviously ) ive had no luck from autobarns and places like that and the search option here gives me hundreds of pages that i dont have the time to look through (meant to be working) he wants to know the best brand pod filter and also what piping he will need to replace the factory air box thingy any help appreciated...cheers
