When Fedex shipped my Advans from the USA they had to be inspected by customs. They removed all of the protective packaging from one of the wheels and just left it all off. The wheel was thrown from truck to truck naked...I was super lucky there was no damage was done. Fedex can die in a fire

Agree, since you installed LC4 on my car it is very smooth on light throttle take off....old LC? was very jerky.

I launched at 4000rpm Willalls 2012 R35 did a 10.30 with the same MPH as me....but he did a 1.59 60 What pisses me off is playing with the launch control on the street I see 0-100km/h in 2.9 sec on my vbox. On the 10.6 run I did 3.4 secs 0-100 I will post the in car video tomorrow

GTR arrived back from Willall yesterday morning. I didnt have 2 days to spare right now so I had it trucked back. Initial thoughts on the new power..... "scary fast"...the thing builds revs like a bike. Having all wheel drive, 100% grip and 622hp the at the wheels is insane. Anyway...I though I would try and sneak a run at WSID tonight even though I had been booted 12 months ago for running under 11.00 Went through with no issues. First run the launch didnt feel clean so I jumped on the brakes after half track for a 12.5 @ 60mph Second run launch felt better but was still off the pace (should be doing mid 1.6s) with a 1.78 60 foot but I stayed on it for a 10.62 @ 134.81mph...bye bye Charlie for me...again. Very happy with the MPH...means she is making good power, the crap 60 foot did my ET no favors. Bring on the Snowy Mountains 1000...and litre bike hunting :-) And thanks to Martin @ Willall for all of the work and the perfect tune in a very short time frame

the only rubbing I get is when taking steep driveways at an angle (which I need to do because of the now lower front clearance)...other than that its perfect

A few pics from the road trip to Willall.. After 4 hours I still had 993km to go this is pretty much it for 95% of the trip...I found the South Australian speed limits to be high...110km/h zones right past residential driveways....the limit would be 70 in NSW. The cops also seemed pretty relaxed....I had the cruise control set to 123km/h (GPS speed) in 110 zone and on 3 occasions they didnt come after me. finally arriving at Willall in Adelaide....after discussions with Martin Im going to add some larger titanium lower intakes to the turbos (replacing the restrictive cast factory pieces) and install the latest "Launch Control 5" transmission mapping from the 2012/13 GTR. Willall will only need the car for week...will post results here when complete. And now time to relax at Adelaide airport....I have a 2 hour wait for my flight :-)

Spent some time today preparing the GTR for a trip to Willall in Adelaide. Im doing the 1350km road trip from Wollongong to Adelaide tomorrow... Willal will be fitting everything below (turbo installation is an engine out operation) and tuning 98 and E85. See you Saturday morning Martin,,,if I dont die from boredom driving across the Hay Plains.. Below parts arrived today...(I had the turbos already) Titanium turbo downpipes, Kakimoto 80mm cat back (my Willal titanium system suffered a major wack on a ripple strip at Wakefield) and Cobb 76mm intakes. Kakimoto fitted Willall is doing a speed density tune.,...no need for the MAFs so we machined up these cool little MAF block offs...I will fabricate some new pipes when I have a chance...these had to do with the time frame I had. Kakimoto tips :-) stock wheels back on for the drive to Willal

Had Willall trans fluid in for about 20 very hard track days so far....has been perfect

New wheels and springs installed today Advan GT 20 x 10 front 20 x 12 rear with 285 and 335 Michelins Also fitted 1in lowered swift springs...these springs actually lowered the car 3/4in at the front and 1/2in at the rear. Pics dont do it justice...looks very fat on the road. Thanks to Michael at Acute Performance in the USA for a perfect transaction on the wheels/tyres and springs I have also just done the 2012 front end conversion

After a small bingle (24kmh impact) with the tyre barrier at Wakefield a few weeks ago (I wasn't driving) Ive been on the lookout for parts to repair the front of my GTR. The prices are even better when you bundle a heap of parts together The parts are less than 1/2 of what Nissan Australia want. I have ordered a complete 2012 bumper/lower lip/LEDs etc heres a good example... Nissan AU want $3600 + GST for the front bumper. And Nissan AU has virually nothing in stock 6-8 week wait from Japan

dont know the car but 12.5k klms on a set of tyres is not out of the ordinary.....at 14k klms my tyres had string hanging out of them
