guys cruise was a nice clean run through the hills last night at a great pace the three r33 skylines that came were nice rides and definately kept us xr boys honest great spin and hopefully see a few more next time everyones welcome

hey blokes looking for an answer to a basic q but just dont want to spend all night looking for it if possiable mate has a 300zx 31 model vg30 he needs a set of injectors and was told only nismo items will fit due to the fuel rails ok thats fine but what size do nismo items come in? and are all nismo items interchangeable within all nissan stuff ie skyline,silvia,180? whats the price(reasonable price) on a new set? price on a 2nd hand set? thanks guys

yep same here i really like the p100 fuel chews it a bit faster but its smoother idle smoother rev and added untuned kick on my 98oct tune yeh looks like e85 is becomming a choice at least in the pump fuel list just need to make it more avaliable martin nice work on the evo u did the original tune on darryls octaine (phoon) never looked back as far as power/performance now to throw a spanner in the worx any of u blokes use race fuel? elf,tolly,martini,c16.........................and any of u blokes had any bad experiances with this? ive been looking at c16 fastest xr6t in the country is tuned on it sub 9sec full trim and looks to be an avenue for gains but still the hole prob of mass quanties and dollars/ltr

yeh this is a bit of a bugger right on so what do u blokes think of p100? its getting more avaliable north south and central-ish hahahah i think its great for those hard pushed 98 tunes bit of lea way for the old captin ping to rear its head any of u blokes rate it aswell?

hahahah go for it dude u dont have to run full e85 u can mix it down if u feel ur fuel system is at its end ie 20ltrs to rest 98oct works great to. now i dunno what u blokes pay for cuatom tunes but at $400 for me its a great way to mess around and just store it in my flash box yes our tuner was buying e85 in the 44 galon drums red in colour aswell and as for the united e85 its bloody spot on all the time it gets used nearly on a daily basis now through our tuner and he tests the batch all the time for consistancy when tuning so thats a bit of confidance for me. now one thing with e85 blokes its an awsome fuel system cleaner and will glog up thoses filters quickley so the need for new fuel filters is very regular i change mine every 10,000kms min and as said any old pvc hoses will turn brittle fast and possiably crack so keep an eye on this but once changed the new pvc stuff is peachy. i personally love the power from this fuel and many of our members have pushed over 420rwkw on 100% UNOPENED MOTORS an std turbo. just as a rough guide most make aprox 380rwkw on 98 with basic mods then with just the change of fuel will go 420+ rwkw/800nm+ on e85 it just has such a better tuning ability for our donks anyway but e85 is really starting to get the run around with many in the modded car scene now (even the blokes on ls1.com rate it )

yes this is true each tune the flasher can hold 4 at any one time is specific to each octain/tune type so in my flasher i have the ability to have my e85 tune then a 98 then a 95 and even a custom tune to not go over 3000rpm if i want the tuning capiabilities of the flasher are very good, so i take it the power fc can only hold 1 custom tune at any one time? so yes this would make running e85 a bitch due to avaliability any aftermarket ecu that can have more than one tune switchable in it for u blokes?

thats a fair call i didnt realise this about ur cars. do u blokes have the option or ability to have designated tunes for these types of fuels? so would this mean p100 would mess with ur tune as it is now? are all skylines set to one specific fuel grade? as u mentioned what grade is this? i was under a general assumption that the ability of ur comp systems would still be able to vary knock,temp,octaine to a degree of some sort even if its a little, due to typical variances on an everyday scale? i know e85 is a big f*kker to the fuel system ie old rubber hoses an such it just corrodes them apart but the newer style rubber joiners and hoses are fine with this type of fuel please dont think iam being a jack ass just intrested to learn

iam a big fan of e85 united is fine and never had any probs with it lots of blokes use it round adelaide and it has seemed to be a safe place to get it from mind u its only a new thing at the united on tapps hill rd. at 99cp/ltr the added horsepower is unbelieveable even on mix or straight fill but this fuel will only have the benifits reaped once tuned and will consume it 30%faster but not all bad with an extra 7 degrees of timing and self oxygernising(spelling sorry) the boost can be stuffed in hard and fast.and just quietly the smell of e85 in the morning is just horn hahahaha. love it or hate it i reckn its the ducks guts and so far proven to me to be one bloody great way of extracting power N/A, charged or blown and for any of u blokes worried about pinging fill up with 98 and chuck 3-5 ltrs in a full tank to keep the octaine rating up (un-tuned) now scotchers is only more expensive due to buyer power thats it the united gets a fair regular test from a particular tuner down south so if its good enough for him iam keithy by it! go get some boys oh and a new tune hahahhaaha

nice work dude get it out for street cruises offen? on this note u blokes interested in a small gathering one time if theres enough intrest ill get the lads together and make a time and place and see what these skylines really go like. u blokes into the hills runs or carpark to carpark jobby? whats the general number at a typical gathering? for us its around 10-15 but as u know to many is just havoc

hey champ iam running 15psi flat no tapering on this tune stock is around 6psi on xr6t's mine is prolly one of the lowest powered modified units around the s.a streets i gotta keep it useable due to it being a family wagon wench has to drive it daily mind u i did put my name down to go to the boostworx dyno day but as u guys would know it got postponed(any one know when this will now be?) mines no dyno queen tho cause i got the hi stall and that soaks up a few rwkw but high numbers dont mean much to me iam after the lowest number 1/4 mile is where i like to play. any of u blokes head to the strip regually? btw that lala time is very respectable champ well done is urs 4wd?

ladies hows things just thought id say hi to fellow adelaide ppls and hoping this is the right place to have a chin wag to hopefully some of u i see on the streets. as we all know s.a bites ass at best of times so i though id take the first step to hopefully having a mixed stret cruise one time iam apart of the xr6 turbo community and we see a few nice skylines from time to time and it would be a great thing to have a more relaxed welcoming relationship vs a we dont like u type thing. i mean everyone likes the car they have but i cant see why we couldnt have a joint cruise one time and maybe meet some more car lovers to share a passion that we may not know about. ive seen lots of fast nice ricers on my time but prolly wouldnt have a clue whats under the bonnet let alone why they go so quick. now a few of u might of seen me around i own a black ba xr6t with yes u guessed it JETURBO plates its nuffin special has 330rwkw 4speed auto daily driven tuned on e85 and has run 11.86@120mph at heathcote and alough i try to get out to as many events as possiable sometimes it would be great to have the regular friday night type thing cruise from ere to here all that crap have a good chin wag the usuall stuff. so as time goes on here id like to beable to meet a few of u blokes and maybe have a few sprited runs through the hills or something if this kind of thing appeals to any of u say hi and hopefully i will see u out on the streets yeh my spelling is shit house but who cares except the grammor kings weeeeeeeeeee
