    Actually my car revs to 11.1k. Skylines only rev to 7k when it's owner gets butt-stuffed nightly.

    Tires are insanely priced here. I order mine from tirerack.com. It still comes out hundreds cheaper for a set even with shipping added. Are you doing a track day or something? Usually around the tracks there are little shops that have what you need.
