  1. Here's one. I don't want to come across as sexist, but this is something I've noticed with predominantly younger ladies... Silly, ditzy retards that seem to lose all control of their vehicles, and forget they are in charge of a hunk of metal, rubber and glass that can maim or kill, all when their favorite 'now' song comes on the stereo... Get your sh*t together before you hurt someone other than yourself. I have seen a few fooly sikas bros do the same thing, but it seems the domain of the younger lass...
  2. I keep spotting the same marone 33 GTS everywhere. It's got a powder bronze/dark gold set of multispoke rims, and always driven by a young lady. Spotted most recently about an hour ago in Civic. Usually spotted in Belco'.
  3. I think this thread needs life breathed back into it. I'd love to contribute with a recent story, but I'm not out there driving in the real world all that much. Surely, post SummerNuts, there's some stories to be told?
  4. Congrat's A' on the job! I've been subscribing to Zoom since issue 6(and I'd like the first five before that, if anyone knows of them anywhere...hint, hint). I agree it's become a little different to it's earlier days, OK a LOT different, but a change of pace should be good. As for "BOOST" as a name, well... I LOVE boosted engines, but there are a few N/A's out there that are super sweet too. I hope the title will let a few of the better N/A's get a small feature now and then. When is the first issue with the new name due? I keep harassing the mailman, but it's not his fault it's not here yet. Fu*k the bling rims and 20 cowhides interiors; show us where the performance is at!
  5. Thanks crew; I've received a PM, and it looks like the project could be underway! I'll let you in on the idea a little later...
  6. Hey all. I have a small, seemingly easy photoshop project I need someone to help out on. I don't want to give away the pic', so if you're relatively handy with P/S, drop me a PM. All shall be revealed in days to come... Ta! Jayce
  7. As said just earlier, thankyou kind Sir for defining the GT-R in such terms. You should get a patent or trademark or something onto that: it's GOLD.
  8. Belated 'spotted's: schweet white 32 GT-R growling thu Manuka last Saturday eve'. Autostyle decal on the sills, sounded tough. And a black 34 with what might be a Tommy K' kit following the GT on Anzac Parade last Sunday around midday, then again on Oz Day on Lanyon Drive. Either of you lads on here?
  9. Here's one for you to ponder: utes, pickups, Fairlanes... in fact anything that isn't actually a Mack truck having the big, chrome Bulldog on the bonnet. AND the driver carrying on like they're driving and 18 wheeler. Don't worry people, they don't brake very much, nor use indicators, and really SHOULD sit right on your rear bar because, goddamnit, they are CLEARLY bulk freight drivers, just in a scaled down Mack... King of the road? Farkin' idiot.
  10. I'm already looking into it; way ahead of ya! Will let all know details as they come to hand!
  11. No! Bad Kat! GT-R's are NEVER slow; they are just shying from the spotlight so they can lay the smackdown when it's appropriate!
  12. Hiya, then They didn't happen to get you for the BOV, did they? It's a bit on the obvious side, LOL! The one on the Mrs' car we were in last night (the gold Forester that was cruising next to you) is about the same, so we're extra cautious this time of the year. Also the fact that it's too low, too loud, wheels are too big... That said, we've never been hassled. Maybe because we're old and don't look like we'll drive too fast???
  13. Spotted a white 33 GTS-T last night at about 9.30 on Ballumbir Street in Civic. It had chrome rims, a black(painted, Im pretty sure) bonnet, lowered with a pretty blond in the passenger seat and a young fella steering. I think it was the same one I'd seen parked in Lonsdale Street earlier watching the 'Nats merriment. Anyone on here?

    R35 Vs Ducati

Or, another way to think about that last bit: Think what a GT-R will owe you to have the same power to weight ratio...
