As I'm in Jerra'(not Canberra,not Queanbeyan...)and I'll have Erica as shotgun/navigator/funstopper spotter,I'll have a squeezy rear R32 seat if someone in my 'burb wants a lift to A.P.K. As for getting home,they may want to organise a return ride,as we may wind up cruising...P.M me if you want a lift(bewarned:it's not the most comfortable ride...!)

Much Skyline spotting last night-Amaru was the only one I can put a name to the car;there was also a red R32 GTS-T w/FMIC and no rear wing "having a nudge" up Lonsdale Street,plus a "Auto Salon'd" luminescent pink slammed R33 GTS-T,some silver R33's,a black R34 GT-T...the list goes on! I didn't have my car out last night-pity! Hope you all had fun,dammit!

It looks like A.P.K. is the go,so far.Someone want to commit to a time and if it's Woden,Civic or Gunghalin?As this looks like it could get rather large,I'm thinking Woden could be good for keeping an eye on the cars...(yes,I'm slightly paranoid!).Any other ideas?

Spotted las' Sunday-"Drifto" coming outta Jerra,along Lanyon Drive towards Qbn.-Gave you a thumbs up,but we were in my better half's Forester GT,so maybe ya didn't know who it was...

I was just about to lay down the cash for a Apexi Power FC for my R32 GTR,when a very knowledgable and trusted source mentions Autronic as an option.I realise that both Autronic systems aren't merely "plug in & play" like the P. FC.,but I'm interested in having the features of the full management system.I'm used to seeing the Apexi unit in almost everything that comes from Japan,so this Autronic thing is a new thing to me.I considered MoTec for a brief second,until the Bank Manager drew the crosshairs on me...and Microtech wont get a look in(been down that road with a friend before).The car is,effectively,standard right now,but will be the recipient for 2530's,pistons,rods,cams,clutch,fuel system etc etc in the not-to-distant future,hence the debate between the known quantity(Power FC)and the Aussie contender(Autronic,obviously...).I'm torn between the two-any info' on what you lot may've been through with either system would be appreciated!Cheers,J.

Wine red sounds spot on!I think that would cover "burgundy",too:you've hit the nail on the head!!It's probably the most popular colour,in my eyes anyway,for the R33 GTS to be spotted in...between that and white,it wouldn't suprise me if they were the highest number manufactured,colour-production-run-wise.

Nah,stock standard,body wise.Just a nice set of chrome rims and lowered a bit...I think it was a NSW rego;SHE-771,maybe?Really nice,eitherway:the design crew that did the R34 series got it right!

Followed a neat marone/maroon/deep red(what IS the right name for that colour?)R33 GTS(T?) on Dairy Flat Rd onto Parkes Way into the city tonight,'bout 6.40ish...Also spotted a yellow wingless R34 and a sweet black R34 GT-T in Braddon,Friday night-for sale,too!

As EVLR33 said earlier,you're spot on 'bout the extra rear "lip" & brakes...except you're thinking of the R32 GTR,not the R33... Don't wanna be a nerd,but us R32 owners can get touchy 'bout the whole V Spec thang(got a V Spec II,myself...)

Spotted white R33 GTS(-T?) turning right onto the Monaro Hwy. from under the bridge,Canberra Ave.,Fyshwick-lady driver.I waved,but was too intent on not running up the rear of the people-mover in front of me to notice a reply,sorry!I've got an idea it may've been Shell,but I'm still a relative newby to Canberra's Skyline owners,so...maybe not? Actually,the nismo part number is one of the things I was asking for in my message...Hopefully someone gets back to me with said number,then I can forward it onto you!MMMMmmmm...Nismo catalogue!No pretty piccies,is there?

OK-quick run down:Near standard R32 GTR,uprated suspension,NOT a "daily driver",with 235 x 45 x 17"s.I'm after suggestions for a good trackday tyre.It's only gotta be road legal and not shred itself by 1,000 km's....Falken Azenis seem to keep popping up in discussion.I'm open to suggestion,except for cheap s**t that wont perform...Whadda you all think?

Can anyone help me out on this one:I'm after info',pricing,in fact ANYTHING on a Nismo muffler I spotted years ago.If anyone has the H.P.i. GTR Special #1 magazine,it's in there amongst the parts section.For those that don't have it,it's an elongated oval stainless-steel-looking unit,with a slightly downturned end tip.The picture in the mag' is pretty small:barely "scan-able".If I can lay my grubby l'il mitts on photo's,spec's or even a Nismo part number,it'd be of great assistance!
