Haha Artz, yes general idea is to aim for sand then turn at the last minute... I only stuffed one part of that theory up... As for faster cars, exactly as Artz said, you can just get out of their way and they won't care about you. On that fatefull lap for example, Artz could have eaisly stayed in front of me through the strait and then pissed me off around the corners, but he just pulled over and let me through, no hard feelings on either side. Don't worry about going slower, as your skill and confidence grows, you may end up passing them one day! Winton is such a good track for beginners too. Max speed last time I was there was only 160iirc.

Defiantly the only way to go faster is get more experience! So wish i could go to the SAU Nats this year but i have buckley's of getting 3 days off work around the weekend Looking forward to see next years lineup

Yep very good day had in the end. P!%&D off at the rain, but had one ok session without too much water. If only I had held on to that session, definatly would have been a pb time, just pushed too hard:( Happy with a 1:32 though considering conditions! Pumped for Winton on the 1st Sept now! Good also to meet some more SAU'ers and put some names to faces.

I sent in a cams renewal around the 26th and recieved my new stickers on monday. Not sure what the difference in time wouold be renewal over new, but id be chasing it up!
