    As Abe said powder coating is the way to go, wont scratch or chip anywhere near as easily. But if you really wanna paint them I'd just do em yourself

    No you just drive like a dick and then have a big whinge when you get called on it.

    If the offset is higher than about +35 the wheels will more than likely hit your suspension anyway. A 9j +20 will sit nice and flush with the front of a 33 and the rear can go a little lower in offset or higher in width.
