It's pretty unlikely but you sha'll find out in time, we built a RPM 2.8 with -9s and it made 360kw on E85. I think it could have been pushed harder than that for sure with the right fuel setup and exhaust.. but 400.. pretty unlikely with those turbos without straining them. Must be thinking of someone else, Steve's never been to Racepace. I remember he did make like 235kw when he switched to E85 and a tune he was telling me at Sandown last time I was there... was hard to hold back the chuckles at less than stock 98 power with Ethanol...
