I wouldn't be so quick to assume coilpacks, in fact it could be something smaller like the AFM or CAS. If you think coilpacks though I think you should take them out, check for burn marks on them and if so, wrap some electrical tape around them and see if this changes anything.

One way to roughly gauge an idea if thir faulty or not is to pull then out, and where it looks "burnt" so to speak, wrap electrical tape around the coil a couple of times. Alternatively Araldite will do the job also. This is only a temp measure of course and it was how I figured mine were duds, the car ran better with the tape around them.

Maybe I'm not with it but I've been playing today and last night and I spawn and just get raped within 2 minutes, lucky to even SEE who killed me. The camera lies, it's got a few pin sized dents in that rear door but other than that its pretty flawless.
