  1. One of the only one's here that drives them like they're meant to be!
  2. One of our members here........ Skyline owners sure are a special bunch. After you see it come off, fast forward to 1:50 for bonus round!
  3. ^ This. Debating whether or not to get MSD boots of some sort, but gonna see how the stock boots and springs go.
  4. $60 dollars a month? Jesus Christ.
  5. U f*kkin own a PFC, stop being a bitch, get dirty and start talkin smack
  6. Be a pain in the ass to tune
  7. It aint value for money at all.. If you've got LOTS of money to blow though I don't know why you WOULDN'T get something better than a PFC or Nistune though. Haltechs are crap with factory Nissan CAS, shit ton of timing jitter and you really need an aftermarket CAS Trigger which is over a grand for a kit.. stuff starts adding up fast. Sometimes.. but you'll see I chimed in to tell Jonnoo to go for a Wiring Specialties loom because I have experience with it, and not to listen to someone who doesn't
  8. We all have that luxury... Also literally not a single thing wrong with PowerFCs. Thousands upon thousands of cars running them perfectly fine world over. Everyone wants to brag about their latest Haltech or Motec or some other junk while having 4 expander boxes in the passenger foot well just so they can run the 10 different sensors. 4 grand later and I still beat them in a straight line or going around corners... with a PowerFC. Can even do it with a Nistune.
  9. Do it! I have a wiring specialties LS2 -> R33 coil pack loom, and have dealt with other looms by wiring specialties... great quality for the price! Yay I also love spending like 4k on a custom wiring job, over the top ECU and sensors that will do ten tenths of stuff all if you just build it right in the first place... But hey at least you can brag on the internet about having some fancy setup that makes your car zero faster.
  10. Isn't it hard as fook to wire a Neo into a 32 GTST? You can put an RB26 in and change like one plug, but I think a Neo is a fair bit of work aint it?
  11. Not really... standard NEO Turbo cam in the intake, so that's like a 246 profile.. and the exhaust is a 260 HKS cam.
  12. Good shit! Yeah it's next up on the chopping block, I've modified all the intake and exhaust manifolds to work... just gotta get that bearings put in and I can start bolting it all together once again, give me a month or two
  13. Gross. Good choice though, stupid easy to spin a bearing with these and stock sumps. Edit: Does it all fit actually? With the 4WD adapter plate and then a much larger sump
  14. What's going on with your sump?
  15. Very lucky, So what's going on, is he providing another head or is he just using a bigger head gasket (which has its downsides)?
  16. Some things he's done have been okay, I've just seen too many that have turned me off them full stop. Not saying everything he does is terrible, plenty of guys on SAU and other clubs have had good work from him. It's just not for me... Edit: I should explain these are RB26 front pipes made on the car for an R33 GTR, it hangs super low and the pipe is oval.. The cat is replaced by a rectangular small magnaflow muffler and does nothing for quieting the car down.
  17. Ahh really? I thought it was a complete engine ready to bolt in.. I'm guessing he's just giving it a freshen up with new bearings and what not?
  18. What's taking so long on yours now Birds?
  19. I've pulled a couple on and off cars in the past. Have a front pipe at work I can show you. I assume he's gotten better over time, but I've seen some pretty bad catbacks come out with no consideration for flow and how sharp the bends are. I don't understand why he lobster backs everything rather than just getting the appropriate bends in the first place.
  20. Heres my LS2 coils sitting in a NEO head. Simple brackets, parts of the webbing across the head had to be drilled down. Doesn't have to look amazing because the cover fit's over the top! Wiring Specialties in the USA do a plug in harness for LS2 coils to suit different model skylines for around $150, mad not to use one!
  21. 5... always minimum 5 in RBs
  22. I can very confidently say half the time I'm working in the engine bay of a Skyline, half the time is spent fixing another workshops f**kups, the other half is actually doing the mod / maintenance.
  23. That and Chequered!
  24. That GTR badge though....
